The proposed project will deliver priority upgrades on The Horsley Drive including a 2.4km four lane divided road between the M7 Motorway and Cowpasture Road.
This project's benefits will be:
- road widening and capacity improvements to reduce congestion
- improved road safety
- reduced travel times
The Australian Government funding contribution is capped at $95 million.
Planning is underway and construction is expected to commence late 2022 and completion in mid-2025.
