Project Description

The proposed project will deliver priority upgrades on The Horsley Drive including a 2.4km four lane divided road between the M7 Motorway and Cowpasture Road.


This project's benefits will be:

  • road widening and capacity improvements to reduce congestion
  • improved road safety
  • reduced travel times


The Australian Government funding contribution is capped at $95 million.


Planning is underway and construction is expected to commence early 2024 and completion in early 2027.
