The project will realign a section of Yardie Creek Road, near Vlamingh Head Lighthouse.
- Improve road safety for all road users
- Improve efficiency and network reliability
- Improve connectivity between people with jobs and services, and goods with markets
The Australian Government has committed $4.8 million towards the $6.0 million project.
Construction is expected to start in early 2021 and be completed in early 2022.
