Project Description

The project will replace Bridge 0604 in Coates Gully with a new culvert on the Great Eastern Highway (GEH), including drainage improvements. The bridge will be widened to a twelve metre formation, with approach roads widened to allow for safe tie-ins.

The Australian Government has committed $2.4 million towards the $3.0 million project.


Construction commenced in April 2020 and was completed in August 2020.
