Project DescriptionRoad resurfacing in priority areas, including: Bass Highway, Arthur Highway, West Tamar Highway, Channel Highway, Bell Bay Main Road and Bridport Main Road. BenefitsThis project will improve road safety and efficiency and network reliability for all road users and improve accessibility and connectivity of road networks. FundingThe Australian Government is contributing $8 million and the Tasmanian Government $2 million to this project. TimetableConstruction is expected to commence in late 2020 and be completed by mid 2021. |
