The project involves the design and installation of a variable speed limit system on the Tuggeranong Parkway between Cotter Road and the Glenloch Interchange to allow Transport Canberra City Services to vary speeds to manage traffic congestion. This includes variable message signs, communication connections, closed circuit television cameras and speed and volume detectors.
