This project involves construction of a 1,800 metre rail siding with slip road infrastructure to facilitate rail loading and storage capability of the NSW Inland Port logistics and Freight Hub.
- Improved connectivity between people with jobs and services, and goods with markets
- Improved freight productivity (and access to freight gateways)
- Improved freight rail services
The Australian Government has committed $7.8 million towards the project.
Construction is expected to commence late 2020 and be completed by mid 2021.
