Project Description

This project will undertake scoping works to identify priorities and develop a package of delivery works on the Murray Valley Highway between Echuca and Robinvale.

 

Benefits

Projects funded along the Echuca to Robinvale corridor are expected to deliver improved safety for all road users and improved transport network efficiency and productivity.

Funding

The Australian Government is contributing $20 million. ROSI funding is provided on the basis that the Australian Government contributes up to 80 per cent of the total cost, and the remainder is provided by state and territory governments, local government and/or the private sector.

Timetable

Planning works commenced in May 2021 and are expected to be completed in mid-2022.
