The object of this proposal is to redirect funding from within the Bruce Highway Upgrade Program to fund a business case for critical upgrades to the Bruce Highway between Buchanan Road and Caboolture Bribie Island Road to reduce congestion and improve reliability of Bruce Highway.
Improved efficiency and network reliability.
The Australian Government has committed up to $9.6 million towards this project.
The business case is expected to commence in 2026 and be completed by 2028.
