Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Barongarook Road, Barongarook - 113239-20VIC-RTR
The spray sealed surface of the road has deteriorations and cracks due to wear and tear from traffic and weathering.Spray sealing (Reseal) works has been proposed to reinstate the road, prevent water penetration to the lower levels and prevent further deterioration leading to potholes.
Olympic Way, Roxby Downs - 113323-20SA-RTR
The portion of Olympic Way being resealed has deteriorated over time creating numerous potholes and uneven surfaces.Reseal the Portion of Olympic Way commencing at intersection of Opal Road at the southern end north for a continuous reseal of 4000 metres to the intersection of Olympic Highway at the northern end at Roxby Downs.Total cost of proposed project is $242,240
Elizabeth Street, Mount Gambier - 113328-20SA-RTR
The pavement has failed at places and requires reconstruction including the roundabout on the James St intersection. Roads drainage systems requires upgrading. Kerb and Channel requires Maintenance,Asphalt profiling of the Section 376 and Section 377. Kerb and channel reconstruction at several points. Extending to 25m East and 25mWest of the roundabout on the James Street Additional scope includes 25m roadway reconstruction on James Street on both East and West Side of the Roundabout intersection on Elizabeth Street.
Tribolets Road, (rural road) - 113315-20NSW-RTR
Pot holed road - causing safety and ride issuesGravel resheeting for 2 KMs
Merlin Street - 113329-20WA-RTR
Deterioration of road due to heavy traffic volumes at this intersection. Installation of traffic management to improve road safety.Installation of a roundabout at T-Junction including road rehabilitation, installation of medians, footpaths and landscaping.Total cost of proposed project is $366,173
Antwerp-Woorak Road (rural road) - 113334-20VIC-RTR
Narrow seal on 's-bend' curve, with sections of failed pavement.Reconstruction of road, including widening the seal.Total cost of proposed project is $133,645
Holmview Road - 113349-20QLD-RTR
This section of Holmview Road is narrow with unformed shoulders to one side of the road and does not meet the desired road standardsThe project involves the reconstruction and widening of the pavement, installation of new kerb & channel and asphalt resurfacing.Total cost of proposed project is $715,000
Kirk Road, Chambers Flat - 113352-20QLD-RTR
Kirk has reached the end of its useful life and requires replacement to maintain desired service standards. Reconstruction of the road will improve safety for road users.The project involves the selected reconstruction of the existing pavement, minor correction of existing cross falls and asphalt resurfacing.Total cost of proposed project is $585,000
Wee Waa Street, Walgett - 113355-20NSW-RTR
Heavily damaged drainage systemReplacement of kerb & gutter
Harris Street, Parramatta Park - 113347-20QLD-RTR
Existing bitumen surface has reached the end of its useful life and requires renewal to keep the asset at a suitable level of serviceBitumen resealing of full width of sealed surface
