As at the 2024-25 Budget, the Australian Government has 35 corridor packages under the Infrastructure Investment Program. Corridor packages consist of projects across Australia along land transport corridors and/or projects in close geographical proximity to enable more effective management of a large volume of projects.
This better organises projects within the Infrastructure Investment Program – essentially “rolling-up” multiple projects along a road corridor, improving efficiency and flexibility in project delivery.
