Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Jondaryan Evanslea Road, Jondaryan - 118245-21QLD-RTR
This section of road (5.1km in length) has been identified by Toowoomba Regional Council asset management system which has assess this section of the TRC network in poor condition as requiring pavement rehabilitation works. This has been confirmed by onsite inspection and included in the TRC capiatil works programReconstruct the pavement and seal to the existing 6.0m width standard.Total cost of proposed project is $1,300,000
Dalby Nungil Road, Irvingdale - 118248-21QLD-RTR
This section of road (1.6km in length) has been identified by Toowoomba Regional Council asset management system which has assess this section of the TRC network in poor condition as requiring pavement rehabilitation worksRehabilitate the pavement to a minimum 6.0m formation and 4.0m seal widthTotal cost of proposed project is $400,000
Greenmount Nobby Road, Greenmount - 118247-21QLD-RTR
This section of road (5.3km in length) has been identified by Toowoomba Regional Council asset management system which has assess this section of the TRC network in poor condition as requiring pavement rehabilitation works This road is an important connection between Greenmount and Nobby that does not rely upon New England Highway.Rehabilitate the pavement to a minimum 6.0m formation and 4.0m seal widthTotal cost of proposed project is $676,500

Foss Crescent, Carnarvon. - 118244-21WA-RTR
Seal has passed useful life, causing seal to wear and expose pavement to risk of deterioration.Reseal with 7mm aggregate and bitumen spray seal.
Wirran Street, Pormpuraaw 4892 - 118259-21QLD-RTR
Allow access For heavy vehicle road trains to Admin store , so as not getting stuck in dry sand , and lay down area to allow suitable area for place of spare trailers etc .Prepare subgrade and lay pavers in lay down area . this area is Approx 344m2 and lay 150mm concrete to the rest of the access road which is approx. 440m2 . this is to allow turning and to prevent pavers from moving.Total cost of proposed project is $171,060
Ritha street - 118224-21QLD-RTR
The Constant problem of Dust during dry season , and the boggy conditionds in the wet season , This requires constant grading on a weekly Basis when we are able to with a cost to councilprepare subgrade to a width of 7m ,then lay pavers to a width of 5.4 m and then place a strip of concrete approx. 400mm wide x150mm deep to hold pavers in place
Yulu Street - 118251-21QLD-RTR
The Problem Is dust during dry conditions affecting people in the houses in close proximity to intersection , also the intersection is tight for 4wd drive vehicles to negotiate heading left onto Pormpuraaw street.Prepare subgrade, Place Pavers to a width of 5.4 m and 300mmx 150mm strip concrete to hold pavers in place.
Hamilton Road, Pelican Point - 118262-21WA-RTR
Significant cracking of the asphalt with pavement materials surfacing through, leading to large potholes in wet weather.Profiling / removal of areas of cracking and patching with new asphalt.
Seven Creeks Road (rural road) - 118212-21NSW-RTR
The road is unsealed. The pavement width varies from one lane to two lanes in numerous locations throughout its length. Drainage is substandard causing scouring and ponding on the pavement. Gravel depth is minimal with exposed subgrade over numerous locations.Road pavement is to be consistently widened out to 6 metres throughout its length. Positive drainage is to be constructed along both sides of the pavement with outlets. Placement of compacted gravel over locations were depth is minimal/exposed subgrade.Total cost of proposed project is $203,179
