Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Heath Street, Concord - 119945-22NSW-RTR
Heath street has shown extensive surface cracks. This can lead to pavement issues as the water can penetrate through the cracks undermining the pavement. The potholes has also appeared in isolated locations.The existing asphalt surface will be removed in Heath street and new 40mm surface will be provided as wearing course.
Holmes Road - 119915-22WA-RTR
Road surface condition is poor and having longitudinal cracks.7mm Primer seal, AC10mm Bitumen Class 170, 50 blow Marshall Mix - 30mm thickness.
Senior Court, Mundijong - 119917-22WA-RTR
Existing surface has very old cracks.Tack coat @0.61/m2. AC10mm Bitumen Class 170, 50 blow Marshall Mix - 25mm thickness.
College Court, Serpentine - 119918-22WA-RTR
Existing surface is very poor and having lot of cracks and some tree route cutting and barrier also recommended where it required.7mm Primer Seal, AC10mm Bitumen Class 170, 50 blow Marshall Mix - 30mm thickness.
Millars Road, Jarrahdale - 119919-22WA-RTR
Existing surface condition is very poor with cracks.AC10mm Bitumen Class 170, 50 blow Marshall Mix - 30mm thickness.Total cost of proposed project is $31,822
Nelson Road, North Strathfield - 119951-22NSW-RTR
Nelson Road surface has worn off resulting in exposure of pavement and creation of potholes. Extensive cracks are also can be seen throughout the street.Existing wearing course will be replaced with new 40mm asphalt surface. These works are required to protect the underlaying pavement.Total cost of proposed project is $151,268

The road pavement has reached the end of its useful life. Drainage improvements are also being implemented to protect the pavement.It is proposed to reconstruct the concrete pavement and construct drainage improvements.Total cost of proposed project is $650,411
Kerr Lane, Box Hill North - 119953-22VIC-RTR
The road pavement has reached the end of its useful life. Drainage improvements are also being implemented to protect the pavement.It is proposed to rehabilitate the pavement were required, resurface, provide new kerb and channel, upgrade crossings were required and construct drainage improvements.Total cost of proposed project is $213,567
Cochranes Road (Rural Road) - 119784-22VIC-RTR
Wearing course on road has worn away exposing the subgrade making the road slippery when wetIt is proposed to place a new wearing course 50 millimetres in depth of 20 millimetre crushed rock.
