Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Roberts Road, Stirling Estate - 120620-22WA-RTR
Road surface worn due to age. Roughened surface in patches and beginning to show signs of pavement failure.Rehabilitation of isolated pavement failures is proposed, with full surface reseal. Project has now been tendered and awarded (RFT 23-17, OC 2023/211).Total cost of proposed project is $333,670
Ullawarrra Road (rural road) - 120625-22WA-RTR
The existing sealed floodway has failed due to poor base course material and damaged sustain by heavy rain events and flooding.The proposed works is to remove the existing damaged seal from the section of road and resurface with a double coat bitumen seal. The reconstruction of the base course using good quality material is to be funded by the Shire of Upper Gascoyne's own sourced funding,Total cost of proposed project is $216,057
Twentieth Street, Renmark - 120621-22SA-RTR
The seal on this road has reached the end of its useful life and requires renewing.368 metres of this road between Tapio Street and Dridan Avenue will be resealed in accordance with the seal design.
Thirteenth Street, Renmark - 120624-22SA-RTR
Road has reached the end of its useful life and requires renewing by resealing.Council contractor will seal 341 metres of road in accordance with the seal design
Hopkins Street, Renmark - 120605-22SA-RTR
This seal on this road has reached the end of its useful life and requires resealing.The full length (194 metres) of Hopkins Street, will be resealed by Council's contractor in accordance with the seal design.
Murtho Road, Paringa - 120606-22SA-RTR
The seal on this road has reached the end of its useful life and requires resealing.494 metres of Murtho Road starting from Railway Terrace, will be resealed by Council's contractor in accordance with the seal design.
Tarranyurk West Road, rural road - 120665-22VIC-RTR
Poor quality pavement material and poor formation.Reform and resheet with approved pavement material
Bilwon Road, Biboohra - 120629-22QLD-RTR
The pavement on Bilwon Road where the work is taking place is badly deformed jeopardising road safety.Propose to widen the existing 350m section of road to a sealed width of 7.5m. Works will include the widening of the existing culverts to accommodate the new width of the road and line marking.
Lock Road, Moorak - 120685-22SA-RTR
Road is unsafe due to drainage issues and undulation. Forms part of the infrastructure asset improvement plan for Moorak locality.Reconstruct & seal road 1,000 metres section, 8 metres wide.Total cost of proposed project is $101,575
Peweena Road, Mingbool - 120684-22SA-RTR
Road is unsafe due to increased heavy traffic servicing the local dairy industry causing water to pool on the road. Water cannot drain off the road due to ruts forming on the road pavement. Forms part of the infrastructure asset improvement plan for the Mingbool locality.Reconstruct & seal road 2,100 metres section, 8 metres wide.Total cost of proposed project is $336,261
