Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Berwick-Cranbourne Road, Clyde - 120856-22VIC-RTR
Increased traffic volumes due to large growth in development in the area. The Linsell Boulevard roundabout intersection with Berwick-Cranbourne Road is one such intersection that has major congestion issues during peak times. The existing Hardys Road T-intersection will also further contribute to congestion once the housing developments on Hardys Road are completed as it will serve as the primary connection to the arterial road. A signalised intersection is proposed at this location to manage traffic more efficiently.Realignment and duplication of Linsell Boulevard between Selandra Drive and Berwick-Cranbourne Road and constructing a signalised intersection at the junction of Berwick-Cranbourne Road/Linsell Boulevard and Hardys Road. These works also include the removal of the roundabout at Linsell and Berwick-Cranbourne Road and a localised duplication of Berwick-Cranbourne Road for the new signalised intersection and construction of a portion of the unsealed Hardys Road.Total cost of proposed project is $12,000,000

There is a lack of gravel on this section of road.It is proposed to apply a resheet 4.6m wide and 100mm thick.
Bealiba Wehla Rd (Rural Rd) - 120894-22VIC-RTR
There is a lack of gravel on this section of road.It is proposed to apply a gravel resheet 4.6m wide and 100mm thick.
Lansdale Road (rural road) - 120839-22NSW-RTR
Existing road pavement has failed and reached the end of its economic life. Seal width (3.6 -5.4 metres) is also inadequate for current traffic volumes as the road provides heavy vehicle access to Tottenham.Reconstruct road and width to a minimum of 10 metres formation width and 8 metre seal widthTotal cost of proposed project is $1,481,795
Willis Lane (rural road) - 120893-22NSW-RTR
Existing road is an unsealed serving a number of large lot residential properties. It is one of the few unsealed roads within 1 km of Condobolin.Widen existing formation and overlay with 120 mm gravel to create a 9 m wide pavement, compact then trim and seal with a 7.5 m wide bitumen seal.
