Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Jackson Road (Rural Road) - 126242-23WA-RTR
Gravel is wearing thin on the road. The road has been impacted by heavy vehicle use and a particularly wet winter in 2023. The road is suffering from a variety of sand blow outs, potholes and corrugations. In addition, some drainage works are required to improve wetter sections of the road.Vegetation maintenance, gravel resheet to 150mm and drainage maintenance.Total cost of proposed project is $134,784

Coreen Avenue and Lemongrove Road signals
The project will upgrade existing traffic signals with dual turn lanes into Lemongrove Road and widen Coreen Avenue and Lemongrove Road.
Coreen and Bel-Air Road Roundabout upgrade
The project will provide a design to facilitate the upgrade of the existing single-lane roundabout to a dual-lane roundabout and associated widening of Coreen Avenue.
Coreen Avenue and Coombes Drive Upgrades
The project will upgrade existing intersections on Coreen Avenue at Coombes Drive (West and East) and install a new roundabout at the intersection of Coombes Drive and Hickeys Lane.
Coreen Avenue and Sydney Smith Drive signals
The project will provide a design to facilitate the upgrade of the existing single-lane roundabout to a signalised intersection with an additional turn lane and widened lanes.
Governor Macquarie Drive Upgrade at Alfred Road and Childs Road, Chipping Norton
The project involved the completion of a design to facilitate an upgrade of road widening along Governor Macquarie Drive (GMD) between Alfred Road to Childs Road, from the current 2 lane road to a 4-lane divided road, the scope also includes an upgrade of the existing single lane roundabout at Alfred Road and Childs Road to a dual lane roundabout, and road widening along Alfred Road and Childs Road. 
Governor Macquarie Drive Upgrade - Munday Street to ATC Access Road, Warwick Farm
The project involves the completion of design for: the road widening of the section of Governor Macquarie Drive between Munday Street and the ATC Access Road from a single lane in each direction to two lanes in each direction; the provision of a channelised right turn treatment at the Governor Macquarie Drive and Shore Street intersection; and completion of a shared path along the northern side of the road.
