Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Seymour-Pyalong Road Sugerloaf Creek Road SUGARLOAF CREEK - 126800-24VIC-BS
Convert to a T-intersection. Advisory speed signs on approach to the intersection. Advanced warning signs and Improved delineation.
Riversdale Road - 100m north of Cornwells Road to 480m south of Reedys Road - RIVERSLEA - 126799-24VIC-BS
Install safety barrier and/or curve alignment market signs at selected curves. Install raised reflective pavement makers along road length with provision of slip-resistant seal on two problematic curves.
Benalla-Tocumwal Road Peach Road and Healy Road YARROWEYAH - 126798-24VIC-BS
Install electronic side road activated speed limit signs on Benalla-Tocumwal Rd. Install splitter islands and flag lighting on side roads.
High Street - 940m from Crawley Street to King William Street - RESERVOIR - 126797-24VIC-BS
Ban right turns at the intersection with a centre median island and signage. Consider speed limit reduction on High St between Crawley St and Northernhay St to 50 km/h.
Doveton Street Eyre Street BALLARAT CENTRAL - 126796-24VIC-BS
Fully controlled right hand turn for all legs of the intersection.
Old Richmond Road (Rural Road) - 053230-14QLD-RTR
This road becomes boggy when wet making it impassable for motorists.Formation and gravel resheeting and bitumen seal of approximately 3.5km long x 6.5m wide. The design for the Old Richmond Road was changed to include three floodway's with two sets of 450 dia pipes under two of the floodway's to improve the drainage of this section of road. Gravel also had to purchased from an external source and carted to the job site as there was no suitable gravel near the job site.Total cost of proposed project is $769,500
Franklin Street from Phelan Street to Princes Highway East TRARALGON - 126795-24VIC-BS
Install raised crossings and speed cushions on approaches and at Traralgon Creek Shared Path / Moore St. Give Way signage and line marking on Post Office Pl. Zebra crossing pavement marking at Kay St. Extend 40km/h zone north to Davidson St.
Vincent Road from Princes Drive to Savige Street MORWELL - 126794-24VIC-BS
Consider speed reduction from to 50 km/h and permanent 40 km/h zone at school. ?Install kerb outstands, edgelines and lighting upgrade. Replace speed cushions with new raised safety platforms and new pedestrian facilities at Hourigan Rd roundabout
Exford Road Murphys Rroad EXFORD - 126793-24VIC-BS
Shield roadside hazards, upgrade to dedicated left and right turn Lanes from Exford Rd onto Murphys Rd, realignment of line marking and installation of kerb and channel.
Goulburn Valley Highway Labuan Road STRATHMERTON - 126792-24VIC-BS
Install Vehicle Activated Advanced Warning Sign. Remove crest and tree on Labuan Rd. Install splitter island, rumble strips, mountable apron, signage upgrades. Consider speed reduction on Labuan Rd.
