Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Railway Terrace, Guilford - 127191-24NSW-RTR
Damaged road, potholes, surface cracking and localised water ponding.Removal of existing asphalt surface, reconstruction of failed pavement sections, install subsoil drain, provide new asphalt surface, kerb and gutter replacement where required including delineation improvement.
South Creek Road, Cromer - 127172-24NSW-RTR
Road pavement is distressed with cracks, potholes and patches due to increased traffic condition.Repair the pavement and resurface with asphaltic concrete. This project will be jointly funded under the Roads to Recovery Program and Council's Road Resheeting Program funded from Council's own source of funding.Total cost of proposed project is $1,297,467
Pitt Street, Manly Vale - 127174-24NSW-RTR
Road pavement is distressed with cracks, potholes and patches due to increased traffic condition.Repair the pavement and resurface with asphaltic concrete.
Hayes Street, Balgowlah - 127173-24NSW-RTR
Ageing road pavement is distressed with cracks, potholes and patches due to increased traffic condition. Repair the pavement and resurface with asphaltic concrete.
Western Highway – Beaufort and Ararat Bypass Planning
The project undertook planning for the proposed bypasses at Beaufort and Ararat. The project identified the preferred alignments and undertook public consultations to allow for the bypasses to be constructed in the future.  The project is complemented by two other projects, the Beaufort Bypass Preconstruction project and the Ararat Bypass Preconstruction project, which will complete all planning processes and commence preconstruction activities for both sites.
Hardinge Street, Deniliquin - 127214-24NSW-RTR
Reconstruct road pavement with a provision of special turning lanes and new medians, to improve road safety for all users. Reconstruct the shoulders to suffice vehicle parking bays including heavy vehicle parking. Installation of new stormwater drainage to resolve water ponding issues on the street. Install new watermains and connections including removal of the redundant. Placement of new concrete kerbing, concrete and gravel pavements (driveways and footpaths) including property access improvements where required. New medians proposed are targeted to impede unwanted movements and increase road safety to vehicles and pedestrians. Landscaping works (nature strip, plantation, etc.) to improve town aesthetics. Installation of new road furniture and pavement marking.Reconstruct the shoulders to suffice vehicle parking bays including heavy vehicle parking (Remove existing & replace with type-1 Road pavement). Placement of new concrete kerbing, concrete and gravel pavements (driveways and footpaths) including property access improvements where required. ERC 'B2' (K&G) for 2,077 Lineal metres. ERC 'M2' (Kerb Layback/Spoon drain) for 89 Lineal metres. ERC 'Residential Kerb Vehicle Layback' for 65 Lineal metres. ERC 'Industrial Kerb Vehicle Layback' for 253 Lineal metres. This project is jointly funded with Transport for NSW who will cover the costs of the project under their jurisdiction.Total cost of proposed project is $9,017,308
Boona Road (Rural Road) - 127192-24NSW-RTR
Existing seal varies in width from 3.6 m to 5.8 m wide and pavement has failed in several locations. The narrow seal has significant edge break as a result of heavy traffic driving off the edge of seal when passing approaching traffic.Road formation will be widened to 10 m and sealed to 7.5 m wide. Failed areas of pavement will be reconstructed and remaining areas of existing seal will be resealed. Balance of funds being provided by Transport for NSW Fixing Local Roads program.Total cost of proposed project is $3,780,263
Bardo Road, Newport - 127221-24NSW-RTR
Ageing road pavement is distressed with cracks, patches and potholes.Repair the pavement and resurface with asphaltic concrete.
Hunter Street, North Balgowlah - 127220-24NSW-RTR
Ageing road pavement is distressed with cracks, potholes and patches due to increased traffic condition.Repair the pavement and resurface with asphaltic concrete.
Sturt Street, Frenchs Forest - 127222-24NSW-RTR
Ageing road pavement is distressed with cracks, potholes and patches due to changing traffic condition.Repair the pavement and resurface with asphaltic concrete.
