Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Cavendish Road, Coorparoo - 132004-25QLD-RTR
The Cavendish Road, Holdsworth Street and Kitchener Street intersection has been identified as a location requiring an upgrade to reduce existing crash risks, improve traffic flow efficiency for all road users, reduce congestion, and enhance safety and accessibility for pedestrians and cyclists. There has been a significant number of crashes from vehicles from Holdsworth Street attempting to turn right into Cavendish Road and continue through into Kitchener Street. The project will upgrade the intersection by closing the Kitchener Street access to and from Cavendish Road. Source of additional funding is Brisbane City Council.
Amy Street, Campsie - 132011-25NSW-RTR
The condition of the road pavement is deteriorated with the evidence of fatigue cracks and ravelling and some sections of kerb and gautter also has damaged or uplifted. The road requires repair and resurfacing and the damaged segments of kerba and gutter needs reconstruction to maintain the serviceability of the road. The project includes repair and resurfacing of the pavement and reconstruction of the damaged sections of kerb and gutter. The estimated cpst of the project is $445,000 and it will be fully funded by RTR Funds.
Duke Street, Campsie - 132013-25NSW-RTR
The condition of the road pavement has been deteriorated with the evidence of fatigue cracks and rutting and sme isolated sections of kerb and gutter have been damaged. The pavement requires repair and full width resurfacing. The damaged segments of kerb and gutter also requires reconstruction. The project includes repair and resurfacing of the road pavement and reconstruction of damaged segments of kerb and gutter and other associated civil works. The stimated cost of the project is $600,000 and it will be fully funded by RTR Funds.
Koorda-Kulja Road (Rural Road) - 132020-25WA-RTR
Existing seal cracking and potholing. Apply one coat of Bitumen and 10mm chip seal to existing surface. Other source funding for project is Financial Assistance Grants (Roads Allocation) and Shire Reserves.
Booralaming-Kulja Road (Rural Road) - 132022-25WA-RTR
Existing seal cracking and severe potholing. Apply one coat of Bitumen and 10mm chip seal to existing surface.
Henderson Road, Hopeland - 132045-25WA-RTR
Gravel Road wearing due to increase of traffic and heavy vehicles, while also importing new material to aid in upgrading the integrity of the road surface.Re-sheet current unsealed section of road with new suitable material. Minor Drainage i.e. table drains will be refurbished or added to combat any road drainage issues.
Templeton Road, Wantirna - 132047-25VIC-RTR
The road pavement has aged and failed in places and the kerb and channel has failed or settled. Asphalt overlay of the road pavement and reconstruction of failed pavement areas along with reconstruction of kerb and channel. This section of Templeton Street is approximately 580 metres in length with a uniform pavement width of 10.0 metres. The project will be joint funded between Council Rates and R2R grant funds.
Dead Horse Hill Road, Ringarooma - 132052-25TAS-RTR
The current gravel surface has degraded due to weather and traffic movements requiring a new gravel surface to extend pavement life and improve public safety.Apply a layer of surface gravel 5.0 m wide and 100 mm deep to restore running surface.Total cost of proposed project is $101,000
Behn-Ord Road (Rural Road) - 132054-25WA-RTR
The existing seal is 3.8 m wide and the gravel shoulders are deteriorating due to heavy haulage vehicles and farm equipment using the road. This road is on a school bus route. Clearing, widening and reconstruction of the road shoulders and sealing to a width of 7 m. Cleaning out of culverts and installation of new guideposts.
Fryers Road, Hervey Range. - 053740-14QLD-RTR
The seal has deteriorated due to wear and tear.It is proposed to reseal the 1.5km section to the existing 7m width.
