Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Houghton Road, (Rural Road) - 134578-25NSW-RTR
Road width and edge drops are the two main contributing factors to the inclusion of this road in the R2R program. the Existing pavement is narrow and as a result of this encounters significant edge drops. the rest of the pavement is in poor condition and requires constant maintenance. Works will include full pavement rehabilitation with pavement widening and subgrade stabilisation if required, works will be completed with a 2 coat bitumen seal.
Powerline Road (Rural Road) Bright SA - 134580-25SA-RTR
Powerline Road is an Unsealed Category 3c road providing access for primary producers and power generation and distribution assets from the area north east of Robertstown to the sealed major highway, Worlds End Highway. The existing road surface has reached the end of its life and requires renewal. Reforming of existing road surface, importing and spreading road base. Re-shaping and cleaning of drains and culverts. The road specification is to be 8 m wide, 50-75 mm pavement thickness and 4% cross fall. Additional funding of $12,700 required to fund the total project to be provided from Council sourced rate revenue.
Rail Street, Wandong - 054067-14VIC-RTR
Various road pavement failures at multiple locations.Pavement reconstruction, pavement stabilisation and asphalt wearing course.
Scotchmans Lead Road, Napoleons - 134585-25VIC-RTR
Resealing of recent works to rehabilitation and widen pavement to cater for heavy vehicles - agriculture machinery, logging trucks and quarries. Sealing of 1.545km of recently reconstructed and widened road.
Dereel-Rokewood Junction Road, Rokewood Junction - 134587-25VIC-RTR
Sealing of recent works to rehabilitate and widen local road providing access for heavy vehicles, agricultural machinery. Sealing of 1.430km of recently reconstructed and widened road.
Kulin Holt Rock Rd (Rural Road) - 134612-25WA-RTR
Bitumen edge break throughout entire length of work zone SLK 4.60-6.50 150 mm edge widening to correct edge breaks and take existing seal from 7.2 m to 7.5 m
Elliott Road (Rural Road) - 134614-25WA-RTR
Currently the southern end of Elliott Road is predominantly sand and in need of a gravel surface to cater for the level of traffic along the road. Heavy rigid truck movements catering for livestock activities using the road. The culvert to the south at SLK 4.46 is too narrow and needs replacing. Frequently becoming washed out in heavy rains.Vegetation management, renew formation of the road and sheet to 200 mm of gravel. Upgrade the culvert to 8.4m width and install headwalls. Install signs and guideposts.
Boogadah Road (Rural Road) - 134619-25NSW-RTR
The condition of the road surface has deteriorated due to lack of base material.Re-Sheeting Road.
Woodlands Road (Rural Road) - 134621-25WA-RTR
The road requires improvements to the sealed surface with signs of cracking and general wear in sections. This portion of Woodlands Road is a tourist access route and rural link to Yellanup Road and is having greater traffic loads.Pavement widening and stabilisation from SLK 1.93 to SLK 1.98. Reseal from SLK 0.00 to SLK 5.70. Replace signs, guideposts and chevrons where required.
Gilliminning Road, (Rural Road) - 134628-25WA-RTR
Replacing worn out gravel pavement.Resheet gravel on road surface.
