Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

William Berry Drive, Morayfield - 134652-25QLD-RTR
The audit indicated the road surface had extensive pavement failures & potholes, rutting and deformation and crocodile cracking. The objective of the project is to renew the road pavement surface to a serviceable condition free from failures to ensure it meets its life expectancy. Moreton Bay City Council will be funding the balance.

The kerb and channel is old and not functioning properly causing storm water build up. This section has been identified as requiring renewal based on condition and prioritised based on condition assessments. Replacement of a 120 m section of kerb and channel.
Slack-smith Street Burren Junction - 134661-25NSW-RTR
Water ponding in the existing kerb and channel creating a safety issue.Remove existing kerb and channel, regrade and install new kerb and channel and pavement.
Airfield Road, Traralgon - 054095-14VIC-RTR
The pavement requires reconstruction due to its poor condition due to soft subgrade and a change in vehicle usage since the installation of traffic lights at the intersection with the Princes Highway at the Southern end of Airfield Road.The works involve the reconstruction and widening of the road pavement
Balaclava Street, Burren Junction - 134663-25NSW-RTR
Water ponding in the table-drain 200 mm - 400 mm deep creating safety issues.Replace existing and install new culverts along the street and regrade the drains so the water flows freely.
Mooliabeenee Road, Lennards Brook - 134670-25WA-RTR
Water ingress to base course and increasing the life of the seal apply final seal and associated line marking on previously reconstructed section of Mooliabeenee Road in accordance of standard asset management practice for sealed roads. Additional funding has been approved by the Shire as part of the annual budget process.
Montgomery Street, Echuca - 134672-25VIC-RTR
The kerb and channel is old and not functioning properly causing storm water build up. This section has been identified as requiring renewal based on condition and prioritised based on condition assessments. Replacement of a 151 m section of kerb and channel.
Rutley Cresent, Echuca - 134677-25VIC-RTR
The kerb and channel is old and not functioning properly causing storm water build up. This section has been identified as requiring renewal based on condition and prioritised based on condition assessments. Replacement of a 50 m section of kerb and channel.
Coolah Aerodrome Road, (Rural Road) - 134681-25NSW-RTR
The condition of the road surface has deteriorated due to lack of base material. Re sheeting Road.
Lancaster Street, Kyabram - 134686-25VIC-RTR
The kerb and channel is old and not functioning properly causing storm water build up. This section has been identified as requiring renewal based on condition and prioritised based on condition assessments. Replacement of a 209 m section of kerb and channel.
