Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Corella Road, Kirrawee - 060454-15NSW-RTR
Road pavement is in need of renewal and require kerb & gutter and stormwater drainage upgrade. Surface course is in poor condition and water is infiltrating the base layer due to inadequate drainage system. cracked and missing section of kerb and gutter need renewal.Proposed works will replace the base course with semi-flexible deeplift. Road pavement rehabilitation works for a length of 140m and width of 4.5m. Works include mill and fill with 70mm thick deeplift asphalt and 30mm surface course. Works also include provision of kerb and gutter and drainage upgrade.
Trungley Hall Road (Rural Road) - 060455-15NSW-RTR
Deformed, failing pavement. Old drainage infrastructure with major pipe joint displacement at most pipe culvert structures.Pipe Culvert Replacements at CH 0.54km, CH 2.44km, CH 3.44km, CH 4.34km and Culvert extension at CH 4.74km Rip and shape existing pavement to design subgrade level, import 200mm layer of DGS20 pavement material, shape pavement material to finished surface level, trim and 2 coat bitumen seal
Windurong Road (Rural Road) - 060456-15NSW-RTR
Regionally Significant Road formed from natural black soil. Sections of the road have been gravel sheeted over a period of 25 years this has since been blown off and washed away. The existing pavement is prone to deep lateral rutting and potholing as well as significant pavement failure over a distance of 500 metres.Reconstruct area of failed pavement, reshape road and gravel sheet – Win and cart gravel – Spread gravel at 6m wide X 130mm thick, compact to 100mm. Re-establish table and mitre drains.
Old Broomehill Rd (Rural Rd) - 060457-15WA-RTR
Repair to substandard bridge as per MRWA inspection report. Bridge was built in 1935 the structural timbers are rotten and at risk of collapse.Install concrete box culverts

Bridge is substandard as per inspection report provided by MRWA. The bridge is approx. 80 years with rotting structural timbers, the bridge is at risk of collapse and of being omitted from MRWA as being load rated.Remove old bridge and replace with Box Culverts
Lincoln Road, Croydon - 060459-15VIC-RTR
The intersection of Lincoln and Croydon Roads has some significant traffic congestion, and traffic safety issues, and requires some significant improvement/renewal works to facilitate enhanced safety, and asset longevity.Construction of a separate left turn slip lane, road resurfacing works, and associated lighting improvements
Stoney Creek road, Cowwarr - 060460-15VIC-RTR
Existing floodway consists of concrete slab on river bed approximately 40m long by 4m wide, built more than 50 years ago and presently has severe cracking and subsidence.Renewal of existing floodway with concrete overlay on the existing floodway, including new leading edge and gravel approaches, Installation and fixing of rock mattresses to stop errosion at downstream.

The road surface, pavement and associated infrastructure, in Ware Crescent and Davey Drive has significant signs of deterioration and requires major renewalReconstruction of the road and kerb & channel
Great Ryrie Street, Ringwood - 060462-15VIC-RTR
The road pavement and surface associated with Great Ryrie Street has signs of deterioration and requires major renewal.Complete resurfacing, and associated patching, of Great Ryrie Street, with a new asphalt surface.
Station Street, Ringwood - 060464-15VIC-RTR
The existing road surface, road pavement and kerb & channel has signs of significant deterioration, and requires major renewalResurfacing of the entire road surface, associated patching, and reconstruction of the kerb & channel
