Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Bald Hills Road (Rural Road) - 060827-15NSW-RTR
The road surface has commenced cracking and the old seal has oxidised due to age. The road surface requires resealing to continue protecting the road pavement.The proposed works will reseal 3,266 metres of Bald Hills Road.
Lawrence Road (Rural Road) - 060828-15NSW-RTR
The road surface has commenced cracking and the old seal has oxidised due to age. The road surface requires resealing to continue protecting the road pavement.The proposed works will reseal 570 metres of Lawrence Road.
Lawrence Road (Rural Road) - 060829-15NSW-RTR
The road surface has commenced cracking and the old seal has oxidised due to age. The road surface requires resealing to continue protecting the road pavement.The proposed works will reseal 2,325 metres of Lawrence Road.
Armidale Road (Rural Road) - 060830-15NSW-RTR
The road surface has commenced cracking and the old seal has oxidised due to age. The road surface requires resealing to continue protecting the road pavement.The proposed works will reseal 1,310 metres of Armidale Road.
Clarence Way (Rural Road) - 060832-15NSW-RTR

Barneys Reef Road (Rural Road) - 060834-15NSW-RTR
The existing concrete causeway carries a large volume of water in large rain events however is in poor condition, has poor ride quality and has no low flow pipe.Council proposes to replace the concrete causeway and incorporate a low flow pipe such that in smaller rain events water is not across the road, while still allowing large flows to top the causeway. The ride quality will also be improved as the installation of a low flow pipe will allow the road level to be raised.
Polkemmet Road , Horsham 3400 - 060835-15VIC-RTR
Non complying guard rails and crash ends, concrete spalling and approaches washing away.Concrete repairs at various locations and installation of geofabric and rock beaching in both of the approaches. Length 0 metres x 8.1 metres wide.Total cost of proposed project is $125,000
Old Geraldton road - south of Moora Miling road (Rural Road) - 060836-15WA-RTR
Old sealed pavement has failed and needs reconstructionStabilise existing pavement and seal to 7.0 metres wide with 1.5 metre wide gravel shouldersTotal cost of proposed project is $318,257
Horrocks Highway, Wilmington Drainage - 060837-15SA-RTR
The current drainage is insufficient for the stormwater to escape during significant rains which creates substantial damage to buildings and infrastructure.Replace 82m of steel pipes with larger Box Culverts along the south west of Horrocks Highway traveling north of the Tuckwell intersection and reseal and install open concrete drainage from the end of the culvert to Dignan Street the and sealed from road side approach and concrete pedestrian ramps. Install inlet on the northern side of Tuckwell Street and replace box culvert north of Dignan Street intersection and between Dignan Street and Angas Terrace and on Angas Street Intersection. Seal Between Dignan Street and Angas Terrace.Total cost of proposed project is $127,515
Campbells Creek Road (Rural Road) - 060838-15NSW-RTR
