Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Windora Road (Rural Road) - 091524-16NSW-RTR
Road deplete or devoid of gravel pavement with exposed sections of roughness due to rutting and corrugations.Regravelling of selected sections over a 4.11km length to reinstate a gravel pavement with a nominal thickness of 150mm.
Comobella Road (Rural Road) - 091525-16NSW-RTR
Road pavement is deformed and has failures with frequently located patches, pavement is at the end of its useful lifeReconstruct pavement and seal to form a 6.7m wide carriageway with 1m shoulders. over a length of 1.2kms.
Colane Road (Rural Road) - 091526-16NSW-RTR
Existing bitumen seal has deteriorated leaving a cracked surface that requires continuous bitumen emulsion patching to prevent moisture infiltrationGrade shoulders and emulsion patch a 4 km total length before completing with a 10mm C170 bitumen reseal.

Vadhaleena Drive, Nepapanha Community - 091532-16SA-RTR
Section of bitumen road is holed and broken in places as a direct result of severe water damage caused bu continuous heavy rainfall and excessive vehicle use. This section of damaged road is a dangerous hazard to vehicle and plant use.Rip up complete grade section of damaged road comprising 220 square meters. Coat section with cold mix bitumen, lay gravel and roll.
Ernst Wanke Road, Berwick - 091533-16VIC-RTR
Ernst Wanke Road was originally envisaged as a 2 lane dual carriageway (total 4 lanes) however subsequently downgraded to 2 lane road for the most of its length. There were no turning lanes provided along the side streets however as the traffic volumes on Ernst Wanke Road grew, there were some requirement at the time to provide turning lane treatments on some of the busier side streets. Overtime, more and more turning lane treatment were constructed. This particular project is required based on the traffic volumes, turning demand as well as to provide of a consistent experience to motorists.Construct exclusive right turn lanes on Ernst Wanke Road at the intersections of Hessell Road, Hagen Drive and Avebury Drive, as well as an exclusive declaration and left turn lane at Whistler Drive.
Sampson Road - Kalamunda, - 091535-16WA-RTR
The existing road surface is crackedTo install a new road surface to improve the travelability.Total cost of proposed project is $94,378
