Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

George Street, Kellerberrin - 092137-17WA-RTR
the issue is the road pavement is potholed and cracked. The road edges are also badly cracked and lifting as the tree roots have encroached into the roadway.the works will be to decrease the width from 11metres to 9 metres, resurface the roadway with 2 coat primer seal, reconstruct the damaged kerbs and footpaths which are a main thoroughfare for elderly people using motorised gophers, and remove the invasive trees.
South Coast Road (Rural Road) - 092138-17SA-RTR
The road surface is sub standard and the road is subject to stormwater pooling. The road has exposed limestone bedrock. It has farm access requirements, is a grain route to the silos plus tourist route to the ever increasing number of visitors to our Council area.Widen and improve both vertical & horizontal sight distances. Road to be resheeted with processed rubble to improve road surface.Total cost of proposed project is $1,703,406
Konnongorring West Road (rural road) - 092139-17WA-RTR
Currently narrow 3.6 metre bitumen width road and is too narrow to cater for heavy vehicles resulting in vehicular conflicts.It is proposed to widen and seal from 3.6 metre seal width to a 7.0 metre 2 coat seal and reconstruct table drain and restore formation.
Telegraph Road (Rural Road) - 092140-17WA-RTR
This section has been formed out of natural materials and has been gravel sheeted. The road has now deteriorated consisting of corrugations and pot holes which requires continual maintenance grading to keep the road to a safe standard.It is proposed to construct and seal 1(one) kilometre of the road to a width of 6.2 metres.
Mason Road, Bannockburn - 092141-17VIC-RTR
Existing narrow sealed road carrying increased traffic volumes, requires widening over a dangerous crest to improve capacity and safety. Deficiencies being addressed are road edge shoulder deterioration, poor sight distance and pavement failure.200mm deep gravel resheet, widen existing narrow sealed road to 6.2m wide and centre linemarking.
Dundas Street, Sale - 092142-17VIC-RTR
The existing road was constructed many years ago and no formal drainage, edges of seal are breaking away and potholes developing in shoulders which are requiring a high level of maintenance.Works include formalisation of roadway, including the installation of kerb and channel, stormwater drainage including pits and pipes, and to aline with current standards.Total cost of proposed project is $749,145
Meredith-Mt Mercer Road, Meredith - 092143-17VIC-RTR
Existing 4m wide sealed road that has been identified for renewal due to its very poor condition rating. Deficiencies being addressed are, pavement failure, pot holes and improved ride-ability for heavy vehicles.150mm crush rock resheet and seal to 4m wide.
Hesse Street Winchelsea - 092145-17VIC-RTR
Kerb failure, poor drainage and pavement failure.Replace and realign kerb, drainage installation and road pavement rehabilitation.Total cost of proposed project is $408,000
McPhillips Road, Bannockburn - 092146-17VIC-RTR
Existing narrowed sealed road carrying increased traffic volumes, requires additional pavement and width to improve capacity and safety. Deficiencies being addressed are road edge shoulder deterioration and drainage improvements.Construct a new 300mm depth pavement along with kerb and channel and associated underground drainage to improve capacity.
