Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Pirrinuan-Apunyal Road (Rural Road) - 092418-17QLD-RTR
The existing overall condition of the road has been rated as very poor. Based on the road condition and the existing width of the seal being inadequate for the traffic volume the above section of Ehlma Boundary Road has been scheduled for reconstruction.The work entails reconstructing a rural feeder road to Councils current standards upgrading the road from a substandard 6.0m bitumen seal road with a condition rating of 7 out of 10 to a 7m wide bitumen seal with a 8m formationTotal cost of proposed project is $1,071,240
Pirrinuan-Malakoff Road (Rural Road) - 092419-17QLD-RTR
The existing overall condition of the road has been rated as very poor. Based on the road condition and the existing width of the seal being inadequate for the traffic volume the above section of Pirrinuan - Malakoff Road has been scheduled for reconstruction.The work entails reconstructing a rural collector road to Councils current standards upgrading the road from a substandard 6.0m bitumen seal road with a condition rating of 6 out of 10 to a 7m wide bitumen seal with a 8m formationTotal cost of proposed project is $948,000
Beachers Road (Rural Road) - 092420-17VIC-RTR
Existing 2 rows 1.8 meter diameter culvert has failed, many cells have displaced causing road pavement to subside creating holes within the roadway. The downstream end wall has also undermined and collapsed leading to instability of the culvert.It is proposed to replace the existing culvert with a new 2 row 1.8 meter diameter culvert with end walls.
Inverai Road (Rural Road) - 092421-17QLD-RTR
The existing overall condition of the road has been rated as very poor. Based on the road condition and the existing width of the seal being inadequate for the traffic volume the above section of Inverai Road has been scheduled for reconstruction.The work entails reconstructing a rural collector road to Councils current standards upgrading the road from a substandard 4.0m bitumen seal road with a condition rating of 9 out of 10 to a 7m wide bitumen seal with a 8m formationTotal cost of proposed project is $902,623
Ehlma-Boundary Road (Rural Road) - 092422-17QLD-RTR

This road receives traffic from local mines as well as grain and cattle properties. It is also a main connection road into and out of Dysart and is a significant school bus route. The current sealed road surface has deteriorated with the heavy traffic and loads with shoving and potholing.Supply and spread of new road base material. Cement stabilisation to a depth of 300mm and two coat bitumen seal for full width of roadway.Total cost of proposed project is $2,969,463
