Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Nursery Road, Kanmantoo - 092507-17SA-RTR
Pavement defects more than 30% and poor surface condition.Rehabilitation of pavement using stabilisation and a two coat spay seal. Asphalt the intersection and the slope at the end of road.
Young Road, Kanmantoo - 092509-17SA-RTR
Pavement defects exceeding 30% surface potholed and rutted.Pavement stabilisation treatment and seal with a two coat spray seal and asphalt intersections.
Humeburn Road, Cunnamulla (Rural) - 092510-17QLD-RTR
Road becoming rutted and gravel unravelled.Medium formation grade required to incorporate and blend extra material from the flanks to establish the correct profile.
Gelliondale Road, Alberton West - 092512-17VIC-RTR
Deterioration of the road identified in seal road condition survey, edges breaking away and potholes occurring, increasing maintenance requirements.Reconstruction and widen the 1.8km section of road from 4m to 6.2m including additional pavement. Widening, shoulder reconstruction, drainage and signage works are required.Bituminous Sealing 7mm primerseal.
Bungulla North Road Tammin (Rural Road. 0003), - 092514-17WA-RTR
Bitumen road width currently at 3.6 meters wide with 1.2 meter gravel shoulders at either side. Bitumen seal has deteriorated and heavily potholed, the gravel shoulders are of poor quality gravel and becomes slippery and unsafe when wet, light/medium dense vegetation needs to be cleared either side of the road to accommodate the new 10 meter road formation width.Clear vegetation either side of road to accommodate road width. Form V drains and diversion drains for storm water run off. New base gravel on shoulders to 10 meter width formation. 125 mm gravel base overlay on existing pavement and shoulders. mix, stabilise and compact to line and level. 14/7 mm bitumen aggregate seal. Install new signage and guide posts.Total cost of proposed project is $306,555
Tola Road, (rural road) - 092515-17SA-RTR
Previously sheeted surface very worn. Poor drainage and slippery surface.Shape and form and install drainage. Raise and crush limestone rubble, spread, lay and compact onto the 3km section.
High Street, Kimba - 092516-17SA-RTR
End of useful life of kerbing, footways and pavement.Installation of new kerbing, new footways and paving and re-seal of carriageway.
Gutha East Road (Rural Road) - 092517-17WA-RTR
Bitumen developing potholes and bitumen edges breaking away due to surface erosionPatch and repair edges prior to resealing with 10mm Blue Metal
Jones Lake Road (Rural Road) - 092518-17WA-RTR
