Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Barberton East (rural road) - 094747-17WA-RTR
Current pavement is old and showing signs of stress due to the increase in heavy haulage traffic.Cement stabilise the existing pavement and widen the seal from 6.2 metres to 7.0 metres with 1.5 metre gravel shoulders.
Dump Road (Rural Road), Yalata - 094748-17SA-RTR
Unsealed road deteriorating due to local heavy traffic conditions and frequent use by Council plant.The road will be graded to fill/remove dangerous pot holes.
Crossman Road, Boddington (rural road) - 094749-17WA-RTR
Rejuvenation is required IE the existing pavement is cracked and ageing and nearing the end of its useful life and a new seal needs to be applied to protect and rejuvenate the current seal and to preserve the asset.Crack sealing, followed by a reseal using 14mm/7mm polymer modified bitumen from straight line kilometre 3.0 to straight line kilometre 4.0 and from straight line kilometre 7.4 to straight line kilometre 8.4 as this is a flexible seal well suited to bridging cracks so as to prevent the problem recurring.
Old Barrenjoey Road, Avalon Beach - 094750-17NSW-RTR
Road pavement is distressed with cracks, potholes and patches due to increased traffic condition.Repair the pavement and resurface with asphaltic concrete.
Old Wagga Rd (rural road) - 094755-17NSW-RTR
loss of gravel makes the road rough and hard to drive on, especially when wetrehseet the road with gravel to a width of 6 metres and length 2,000 metres
Devlins Bridge Rd (rural road) - 094757-17NSW-RTR
road needs upgrading to sealed due to damage from heavy vehiclesrehseet the road for width of 7 metres then apply bitumen seal for width of 5 metres, both being length of 3,000 metres
Kangaroo Plains Rd (rural road) - 094758-17NSW-RTR
loss of gravel makes road hard to pass, especially in wet weatherresheet the road for a width of 6 metres and length of 1,640 metres
Darius Avenue, North Narrabeen - 094759-17NSW-RTR
Ageing road pavement is distressed with cracks, patches, delamination and pot holes.Repair the pavement and resurface with asphaltic concrete.
Brown Hill Road (Rural Road) - 094760-17SA-RTR
Surface of road has worn with pot holes and areas of bull dust appearing making road a hazard in all conditionsTo resurface road with a natural rubble. It will be applied 7.0 metres wide and 0.12 metres thick when compacted. This involves raising material with a bulldozer, carting to site with trucks, spreading and levelling with graders and compacting with rollers.
Charleroi Road, Belrose - 094761-17NSW-RTR
Ageing road pavement is distressed with depression, cracks, patches and pot holes.Repair the pavement and resurface with asphaltic concrete.
