Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;

Gravel road wearing surface has worn away exposing subbase. Condition becoming dangerous due to uneven and rough surface.Resheet the section of road with approved pavement material.

Ageing seal is cracking which allows moisture to enter the road pavement, works required to prevent major deterioration.Resurface existing seal with a bituminous binder and aggregate
Cessnock Road- Singleton - 113963-20NSW-RTR
Hungerfords Bridge is a narrow bridge at 6.8m wide and 9.3m long. The Bridge is in a poor condition also not providing appropriate access to the heavy vehicle. This project is planned to addressed the issues by replacement of bridge to a double lane concrete bridge.Replacement of Bridge to a double lane concrete bridge. 9.5m wide, 12.5m long on the same level and location.Total cost of proposed project is $2,425,000
Krieg Road, Roseworthy - 113916-20SA-RTR
Overall condition of road is average, with total subgrade breakthrough. The road surface lends itself to a very rough ride for the road user due to the subsurface rocks and shale that are protruding.Resheeting road with suitable rubble will address the rideability and road surface issues.
Landor Meekatharra Road (Rural Road - 113972-20WA-RTR
The formed gravel sheeting on this section of road has reached the end of its useful life and requires reconstructing.This section of road is part of the Shire of Upper Gascoyne's long term strategic plan to seal between Gascoyne Junction and Meekatharra. The work proposed is to reconstruct the existing subgrade and import good quality base course material to a standard ready to be sealed at later date when funding becomes available.
Monaco Boulevard, Sellicks Beach - 113974-20SA-RTR
The current road pavement has failed due to reactive soil movement causing significant undulations in the road surface which are causing water to pondto reconstruct road pavement and seal adding kerb and gutters to better define the road and improve stormwater drainage.
Heather Road, Happy Valley - 113975-20SA-RTR
poor pavement condition due to age and distressreconstruction of road pavement and seal incorporating minor drainage upgradesTotal cost of proposed project is $760,200
Sirius Street - 113965-20NSW-RTR
The road pavement is affected with structural cracking, potholes with pumping of fines. The length of affected road section is 280m, width 12.5m and area of 3552m2.The pavement will be rehabilitated with insitu stabilisation followed by seal with hot-mix asphalt overlay.
Waminda Avenue - 113966-20NSW-RTR
The road surface is affected with moderate levels of crocodile cracking, block cracking and pavement failure in isolated area. The length of affected segment is 245m, width 12.3m and area 3010m2.The isolated pavement failure area will be rectified with heavy patching first. After that whole area will be treated with interlayer seal with hot mix asphalt overlay.Total cost of proposed project is $123,966
