Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Harborne Street, Wembley - 114543-21WA-RTR
Old asphalt surface replaced due to cracking and end of life. 130 metres and 7 metres wide (southbound only)Remove existing asphalt surface to 30mm and replace with new stone mastic asphalt layer of same depth.Total cost of proposed project is $45,501
Lawrence Road (Rural) - 114559-21WA-RTR
The road receives a high level of local and tourist traffic utilising this section of road for access to Coconut Wells, beach locations and Willie Creek and requires maintenance grading throughout the year to ensure a suitable surface is maintained. The shire has received a number of requests to formalise the road to help reduce dust and on-going maintenance.It is proposed to upgrade this section of road to a typical Shire of Broome bitumised pavement which will match the existing Lawrence Road profile.Total cost of proposed project is $585,052
Windy Harbour Road, Northcliffe - 114620-21WA-RTR
The road has potholes and cracking and sections with poor crossfalls that cause water to pool on the surface.Between Meerup Road and Mill No. 1 Road, reconstruct the road with suitable gravel including boxing out areas where the sub-grade is substandard. Construct a 8 metre wide pavement and place a 6 metre wide spray seal. For 1000 metres south of Mill No. 1 Road place a second coat spray seal.Total cost of proposed project is $540,107
Croydon Richmond Road (Rural Road) - 114515-21QLD-RTR
Unsealed gravel road with no overtaking opportunities. Corrugation is frequent and the road is susceptible to weather events.Gravel overlay, compact and trim followed by two coat seal. New road will be 7m wide seal width.Total cost of proposed project is $859,921
Evans Street - Brook Street - SUNBURY - 113481-21VIC-BS
Introduce a pedestrian only signal phase and remove pedestrian movements from the other signal phases
Banksia Street - Banksia Street - BOTANY - 113034-21NSW-BS
Install street lighting at Banksia Street intersection, install painted median and raised guides with additional Stop or Give Way
Bardwell Road - from Barnsbury Grove to John Street - BARDWELL PARK - 113035-21NSW-BS
Install intersection and/or pedestrian crossing improvements, install vehicle activated signs, upgrade intersection from Give Way to Stop, install reflective pavement markers
Bruce Street - Moate Avenue - BRIGHTON-LE-SANDS - 113040-21NSW-BS
Install street lighting at intersection, install intersection and/or pedestrian crossing improvements
Bryant Street - Gibbes Street - ROCKDALE - 113041-21NSW-BS
Install one lane roundabout, road feature signs, intersection and/or pedestrian crossing improvements and linemarking
Edward Street - Caroline Street - KINGSGROVE - 113058-21NSW-BS
Install one lane roundabout, mark road edge lines, move Stop or Give Way lines forward using kerb extensions, install vehicle activated signs and side road name and signs and separate lane with painted line
