Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

The existing asphalted wearing surface is in poor condition with numerous surface defects and failures. The surface is very rough and provides poor ride quality to road users.Rehabilitation of the existing surface through its removal and replacement with a new asphalt surface.
Endeavour Drive Banksia, Beach - 114539-21QLD-RTR
The existing pavement is currently showing significant signs of rutting and crackingThe project scope includes the rehabilitation of approximately 600 metres in length and full pavement width. The project objective is to renew the pavement and achieve the required level of service.Total cost of proposed project is $1,147,000
Waroo Drive, Deception Bay - 114542-21QLD-RTR
The existing pavement is currently showing significant signs of cracking, rutting and pavement failThe project objective is to renew the pavement and achieve the required level of service. The project includes the construction of a new pathway along the eastern side of Warroo Drive.Total cost of proposed project is $1,460,000
Victoria Avenue, Woody Point - 114540-21QLD-RTR
The existing pavement is currently showing significant signs of crackingThe project scope includes the rehabilitation of the subject section of road over a length of 654m and 13.6m wide. The project objective is to renew the pavement and achieve the required level of service.Total cost of proposed project is $1,083,000
Buckley Road, Burpengary East - 114537-21QLD-RTR
The existing pavement is currently showing significant signs of rutting and pavement failures as evidenced by the high percentage of pavement repairs currently evidentThe project scope includes the rehabilitation of the subject section of road over a length of 550m and full pavement width. The provision of shoulders on both sides of the road to match the existing cross section at the northern and southern boundaries of the project.Total cost of proposed project is $1,300,000
Todds Road Lawnton - 114541-21QLD-RTR
The existing pavement is currently showing significant signs of cracking, rutting and pavement failures.The project objective is to renew the pavement on a “like for like” basis and achieve the required level of service. The project scope includes the rehabilitation of the subject section of road over a length of 1000 metres and full pavement widthTotal cost of proposed project is $900,000
Young Road, Narangba - 114538-21QLD-RTR
The existing pavement is currently showing significant signs of rutting, crocodile and block crackingThe project scope includes the rehabilitation of the subject section of road over a length of 400 metres. The project objective is to renew the pavement and achieve the required level of service. On road bicycle lanes are also to be installedTotal cost of proposed project is $650,000
