Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Echuca Serpentine Rd (Rural Rd) - 114706-21VIC-RTR
This section of road was reconstructed and widened and requires a final seal.It is proposed to apply a final seal.
Gladfield Rd (Rural Rd) - 114713-21VIC-RTR
The existing seal is in poor condition and requires rehabilitation.It is proposed to apply a new seal.
Copeland Street, Kingswood - 115002-21NSW-RTR
The road was originally constructed in 1977 and is already failed with numerous potholes and patching due to the increasing commercial traffic and inadequate pavement materials.It is proposed to mill a pavement to a depth of 175mm and to fill with asphalt for a length of 387 metres and a width of 12.1 metres.
Glenmore Parkway, Glenmore Park - 115005-21NSW-RTR
The road was originally constructed in 1980 and is already failed with numerous potholes and patching due to the increasing traffic and inadequate pavement materials.It is proposed to mill pavement to a depth of 130mm and to provide 130mm deeplift asphalt pavement for a length of 280 metres and a width of 8.0 metres.
Littlefields Road, Mulgoa - 115007-21NSW-RTR
The road was originally constructed in 1972 and is already failed with numerous potholes and patching due to the increasing traffic and inadequate pavement materials.It is proposed to widen and heavy patch the pavement where required and to provide 50mm asphalt overlay for a length of 400 metres and a width of 7.5 metres.
Marrar South Road (rural road) - 114666-21NSW-RTR
These sections have inferior subgrade and have suffered extensive deformation and cracking as a result of increased heavy vehicle movements. The existing pavement displays extensive edge damage on sections that have not received heavy patching. The edge damage involves deep drop offs and breaking away of the seal into the travel path.Rehabilitate road by excavating unsuitable material, adding suitable crushed gravel, stabilise road subgrade, grade and roll to desired shape and compaction, followed by a bitumen seal. Middle Pocket Road, Middle Pocket - 114659-21NSW-RTR
Rehabilitation of failed road pavement and road widening.Widen shoulders, overlay road base, cement stabilise and seal.
Broken Head Reserve Road, Broken Head - 114662-21NSW-RTR
The area is heavily congested during holiday periods and there is a shortage of carparks. The project increases the number of on road parking spaces and safety of the road through the use of traffic facilities, signage and line marking. Road pavement is also in very poor condition.Construct new on road parking bays, move footpath to safer location, reconstruct failed road pavement, construct new traffic facilities, new surfacing, linemarking and signage.
Clifford Street, South Golden Beach - 114645-21NSW-RTR
There is no drainage infrastructure in Clifford street and during rainfall events there are flooding issues with water pooling for considerable time in various parts of the street. The road pavement and seal is also significantly deteriorated and this is in part due to the inadequate road drainage.Installation of drainage infiltration pits and connecting culverts and table drains. Reconstruction of failed road pavement and new surfacing.
Rajah Road, Ocean Shores - 114650-21NSW-RTR
Stop regular flooding of a section of Rajah Road by the a new kerb inlet pit and overland flowpath.Supply and install a new kerb inlet pit, construct grassed swale overland flow path that leads to pit. Reconstructs small section of road and footpath.
