Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Mt McDonald Road (Rural Road) - 116786-21NSW-RTR
Road is unsealed and is becoming corrugated resulting in uneven surface.Strengthen pavement and seal to 6.5m wide.Total cost of proposed project is $163,504
McKennys Lane (Rural Road) - 116793-21NSW-RTR
Road is unsealed and is becoming corrugated resulting in uneven surface.Strengthen pavement and seal to 6.5m wide.Total cost of proposed project is $265,322
Brook Lane (Rural Road) - 116788-21NSW-RTR
Road is unsealed and is becoming corrugated resulting in uneven surface.Strengthen pavement and seal to 6.5m wide.Total cost of proposed project is $293,655
Dairy Lane (Bridgetown) - 116887-21WA-RTR
Narrow unsealed laneway is the only vehicle and pedestrian access to some adjacent properties. Steep grade and poor drainage cause significant surface scour resulting in a hazardous surface requiring frequent maintenance.Reshape the road and install piped drainage. Apply bitumen chip seal.
Kempe Road (rural road) - 116824-21SA-RTR
Sections of this road are very corrugated and has bull dust holes forming on a regular basis which is a hazard to vehicles, it also is low lying in areas and can be closed after moderate rain.The work will involve pavement rehabilitation on targeted sections to improve the cross fall and the removal of the corrugations and bull dust holes.
Gurley Creek Road (Rural road) - 116897-21NSW-RTR
Poor unsealed road formation and pavement at citical locations.Gravel resheeting at various locations along the section of the road.Total cost of proposed project is $128,771
Coffey Street - 116898-21NSW-RTR
The existing pavement has been affected by numerous potholes and pothole patches and requires frequent maintenance. Kerb and gutters have been cracked and displaced due to inadequate support from road base. The existing stormwater drainage system was found to be substandard and in poor condition.The proposed treatment includes upgrade of stormwater drainage system, replacement of kerb and gutter and reconstruction of road pavement. Length = 130 m; Average Width = 7.2 m; Area = 936 m2.Total cost of proposed project is $585,187
Frances Street, Northmead NSW 2152 - 116899-21NSW-RTR
The existing pavement has been affected by numerous cracks and crack sealing treatments. It is old and brittle and prone to cracking and development of potholes. For most of the length, gutters have been overlaid with asphalt reducing their capacity to convey water to the stormwater drainage system.The proposed treatment will include replacement of kerb and gutters and reconstruction of road pavement with asphalt. Length = 312 m; Width = 7.8 m; Area = 2434 m2.Total cost of proposed project is $551,868
Yarrah Place, Myrtleford - 116903-21VIC-RTR
The bitumenous surface requires renewal as part of Council's ongoing reseals programAsphalt overlay of the existing sealed surface
Propodollah-Netherby Road (rural road) - 116900-21VIC-RTR
Gravel road has several pavement failures, has eroded leaving minimal material and has lost it's formation.Reform and resheet the gravel road with imported limestone material.
