Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Battlecamp Road (Rural Road) - 121339-22QLD-RTR
Current Amco culvert pipe is in need of replacement and upgrading as currently is in poor conditions. Also, the lack of batter protection has led to erosion that in time will threaten the integrity of the road.Replacement of old Amco pipe (1.7m dia.) culvert with a box culvert (most likely 1.8x1.5m size), placing batter protection, backfilling and reinstatement of the road.Total cost of proposed project is $264,803

Cedar Creek Road, Cedar Creek - 121373-22QLD-RTR
This project has originated as a result of run off road type crashes (particularly in wet) and customer service requests. The existing deficiencies include poor horizontal alignment, changing radius of curvature and substandard super-elevation.The project scope includes road widening to a total of 1.4m (approx 0.7m on inside of curve) and shifting centre line to suit plus improving horizontal alignment and superelevation on curve and resurfacing of existing pavement. The objective of the project is to improve safety for all usersTotal cost of proposed project is $1,000,000
Old Gympie Road, Dakabin - 121372-22QLD-RTR
Currently there is major traffic congestion at both AM & PM peak times after the TMR interchange upgradeThe scope includes the construction of a signalised intersection, pedestrian crossing facilities, shared pathways and connections to the 2017 TMR constructed shared path and on-road bicycle lanes. The objective of the project is to improve safety for all users, increase traffic capacity and reduce traffic delaysTotal cost of proposed project is $8,250,000
Ray Road - 121424-22NSW-RTR
The existing pavement is affected by numerous pavement failures, potholes and distortion of road surface. Some sections of kerb and gutter have been damaged and displaced.The proposed work includes repair of damaged sections of kerb and gutter and reconstruction of road pavement with hot mix asphalt. Length = 160 m; Width = 10.2 m; Area = 1632 m2.
Mobbs Lane - 121426-22NSW-RTR
The existing pavement is affected by multiple potholes, pavement failures and distortions of the road surface. The pavement area has been patched in the past in multiple locations. The existing road surface is rough causing low riding quality.The proposed work includes partial reconstruction of existing road pavement and resurfacing of the road with hot mix asphalt. Length = 200 m; Width = 9.6 m; Area = 1920 m2.
Mobbs Lane - 121425-22NSW-RTR
The existing pavement is affected by widespread pavement failures and cracking. There are several old patches that make the road surface rough to drive on.The proposed work includes repair of pavement failures by heavy patching and resurfacing of the road with hot mix asphalt. Length = 190 m; Width = 10.2 m; Area = 1938 m2.
