Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Bertram Road (Rural Road) - 104558-19NSW-RTR
Sealed road surface reaching end of life. Reseal road to maintain wearing surface and prevent water ingress and damage to pavement.Reseal the road using a bituminous spray seal and 10mm aggregate spread at a length of 1.19km.
Kilpatrick Road (Rural Road) - 104553-19NSW-RTR
The road was previously widened and repaired due to increase of heavy vehicles. Was only given a single seal along the widened shoulders to finish. A reseal is required for the full width and length of the road to maintain wearing surface and prevent water ingress and damage to pavement. Also, there are three power pole stays that are close to the edge of the road shoulder.Reseal the road using a bituminous spray seal and 10mm aggregate spread at a length of 1.62km. To organize Essential Energy to move the three power pole stays further away from the road shoulder for safety.
Road 1- Angurugu - 104742-19NT-RTR
Dilapidated internal seal surfaces - road shoulders and drainage creating mobility, amenity and stormwater issuesThe rehabilitation of the internal road seal surface consisting of patching and new top coat seal consisting of 630 mtrs in addition to the installation of Kerb and Guttering of 1260 mtrs with corrected drainage outlets into existing open stormwater spoon drains.Total cost of proposed project is $2,625,932
Road 2 Angurugu - 104747-19NT-RTR
Road surface condition and kerb and guttering damage and drain entry correction.Dilapidated surface condition patching and one coat spray consisting of 390 mtrs and replacement of selected sections of existing kerb and guttering totally 35 mtrsTotal cost of proposed project is $2,625,932
Chettle Road, (rural road) - 104717-19QLD-RTR
The existing 6.5m wide bitumen seal is too narrow for the number of heavy vehicles and passenger vehicles now using this section of Chettle Road. Vehicles are unable to pass without utilising the unsealed road verge or the table drain which creates an unsafe environment for the road users. The existing road pavement is also substandard and is showing signs of deterioration from heavy use by commercial vehicles.The proposed works include the widening of the existing 6.5m wide bitumen road to 8m to allow the safe passing of commercial and passenger vehicles and the reconstruction of the road pavement to improve it's load bearing capacity.Total cost of proposed project is $784,923
Briars Sharrow Road - (Rural Road) - 104599-19NSW-RTR
Distorted Road SurfaceRehabilitate and widen 1200 metres of Briars Sharrow Road by adding 100mm DGB20 to the road, stabilising the existing pavement and applying a 10mm primerseal.

Distorted road surface, narrow and winding pavement that requires realignmentRealign and widen 2000 metres of Burra Road by way of full road reconstruction. 300mm DGB20 pavement, realigning the exsiting substandard alignment and apply a 10mm primerseal.Total cost of proposed project is $2,517,709
Little River Road - Rural Road - 104597-19NSW-RTR
