Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Florda Prince Road (Rural Road), - 104564-19NSW-RTR
The unsealed road has a badly deteriorated pavement with poor quality material. This material leads to rapid deterioration after maintenance intervention.Application of a high quality unsealed road re-sheeting material to a depth of 100mm and clearing and reshaping of longitudinal drainage.Total cost of proposed project is $81,234
Florda Gold Road (Rural Road) - 104565-19NSW-RTR
The unsealed surface deteriorates rapidly after maintenance intervention due to insufficient and poor quality pavement materials.The application of high quality resheeting material to a depth of 100mm.Total cost of proposed project is $41,403
Florda Red Road (Rural Road), - 104566-19NSW-RTR
The unsealed surface deteriorates rapidly after maintenance intervention due to insufficient and poor quality pavement materials.The application of high quality resheeting material to a depth of 100mm.
Ellandgrove Road (Rural Road) - 104570-19NSW-RTR
There are a number of significant road failures and general defects on the road that require rectification. Drainage along the road will also be rectified.Heavy patching of the defects will be undertaken to restore the road pavements. The road shoulders will be graded and table drains cleared and graded. Once complete the road will be resealed.Total cost of proposed project is $26,746
Four Mile Lane (Rural Road), - 104571-19NSW-RTR
There are a number of significant road failures and general defects on the road that require rectification. Drainage along the road will also be rectified.Heavy patching of the defects will be undertaken to restore the road pavements. The road shoulders will be graded and table drains cleared and graded. Once complete the road will be resealed.Total cost of proposed project is $49,995
Yamba Road (Rural Road), - 104573-19NSW-RTR
The road is narrow for the traffic types, the road pavement also has a number of significant road failures and general defects on the road that require rectification.The road will be widened to 9m wide seal and the pavement rehabilitated and strengthened. The drainage will also be repaired and slight road alignment issues will be corrected.Total cost of proposed project is $770,888
Kungala Road (Rural Road) - 104574-19NSW-RTR
The existing bridge is of timber construction. The timber deck component and some significant timber structural members have deteriorated to the extent that the bridge requires replacement.The proposed work will replace the existing timber bridge with a concrete bridge and greatly improve the road alignment.Total cost of proposed project is $738,390
Sherwood Creek Road (Rural Road) - 104576-19NSW-RTR
The existing bridge is a timber bridge. Major structural components of the bridge have deteriorated to the extent that the bridge requires replacement.The proposed work will replace the existing timber bridge with a concrete bridge.Total cost of proposed project is $840,803
Dodson Road - 105926-19WA-RTR
Road is deteriorating due to poor material use and substantial heavy vehicle usage. Significant cracking and potholing.Profile existing bitumen and install new asphalt seal
Beddingfield Street - 105927-19WA-RTR
Poor material usage and substantial heavy vehicle usage. Significant cracking and potholing.Profile existing bitumen surface and install new asphalt seal.
