Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Bowan Park Road, Lidster - 053269-14NSW-RTR
Badly scoured and areas of nil drainage. Pavement failures and width currently 5m to 5.5m wide. Overhanging limbs and dangerous overhanging trees.Redefining drainage with excavation and grader. Widening and stabilising to a 8m formation and 7m seal for 970m. Vegetation including tree removal and branch removal to improve sight distance in the road corridor.Total cost of proposed project is $305,531
Jutland Road (Rural Road) - 127959-24WA-RTR
Gravel has worn thin. Some areas getting very heavily corrugated and potholed frequently. The road has a reasonably high traffic count due to the number of adjoining roads within the surrounding network.Vegetation management. Renewed drainage and shoulders. Gravel re-sheet.
Fifth Avenue, Cremorne - 127965-24NSW-RTR
This project will rectify existing structural road defects. These defects include significant structural and environmental cracking, high roughness, and rutting.The work involves an asphalt treatment of 50 mm. The existing road will be milled 50 mm and replaced with asphalt. Balance of funding from Council own source funds.Total cost of proposed project is $166,086
Austin Street, Kendenup - 127962-24WA-RTR
A reseal is required to maintain the roads integrity and restore the pavement to a serviceable condition.Vegetation management. Renewed drainage and shoulders. 10 mm blue metal chip reseal.
Watson Avenue, Rose Park - 127330-24SA-RTR
The precast concrete kerb has deteriorated, is misaligned and has sunk in places.To remove the precast concrete kerbing and install cast in concrete kerb and guttering. Balance of funding for the project is managed through Council's Stormwater Asset Management Plan renewal budget.Total cost of proposed project is $234,492
Nickolls Rd (Rural Road) - 127338-24SA-RTR
Road surface has deteriorated due to loss of rubble material and increased transport along this length of road.Rubble re-sheet along the entire length of road for 4.6 km to a width of 7.2 m and provide a rubble compacted depth of 150 mm.
Old Muttaburra Road (Rural Road) - 127967-24QLD-RTR
In wet weather the floodway is impassable.Construction of a new floodway 50 m long x 6 m wide will improve the flood resilience and safer access for motorists. Funding is 50% RTR and 50% TIDS (Transport Infrastructure Development Scheme)Total cost of proposed project is $55,000

Davis Street, Smithton - 127918-24TAS-RTR
Road pavement is significantly deformed, road seal is significantly broken, kerb and footpath deteriorated and community concerns regarding heavy vehicle movement and interactions with pedestrian traffic. Rehabilitation of pavement, new seal, new kerb and footpath, reconfigured junction geometry.
Yealering Road (Rural Road) - 127977-24WA-RTR
Poor road surface with little to no gravel base. Poor table drains and signage.Gravel sheeting 5.5 kilometres to re surface existing road. Clean batters and drains, replace all signage and guide post.
