Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Kapunda Road, Tarnma - 132341-25SA-RTR
The road surface is in poor condition and worn through to the subgrade in sections. It is very dusty and rough in the drier months. The road will have vegetation trimmed, be formed and re-sheeted. Source of the joint funding is from Council’s own funds.
Moreduval Lane (Rural Road) - 053786-14NSW-RTR
The existing gravel road is constructed across a black soil plain and carries relatively high traffic volumes and heavy vehicles. The condition of the road deteriorates rapidly under traffic while the remote location of the road means it is often in poor condition for long periods of time.Construct a 400mm thick chemically stabilised gravel pavement on an 8m wide road formation and apply a 2 coat hot bitumen seal.
Quarry Road, Marrabel - 132342-25SA-RTR

Ettrick Road, Riverton - 132343-25SA-RTR

SR 1169 Bobadah Road (Rural Road) - 132528-25NSW-RTR
The average road width at this location ranges from 3.5m to 4m, which is quite narrow for two-way traffic.2 km section of the road will be widened to 7.5 metres, and the entire area will be resurfaced.
Owens Creek Loop Road, Gargett - 132541-25QLD-RTR
Addressing shoulder defects and dropoffs. Grading and gravel top up on road shoulders.
SR 64 Platina Road (Rural Road) - 132542-25NSW-RTR
The average road width at this location is 4 m, which is quite narrow for two-way traffic.2 km section of the road will be widened to 7.5 m, and the entire area will be resurfaced.
Mr Martin Loop Road (Rural Road) - 132543-25QLD-RTR
Addressing should defects and dropoffs.Grading and gravel top up on road shoulders.Total cost of proposed project is $107,000
St Kilda Street, St Johns Park - 132578-25NSW-RTR
The road is affected by some failures of road base, depressions and various types of cracks. The proposed treatment includes the deep asphalt for travel lanes where extensive damaged section, rectification of failed areas for isolated failures and resurface with rubberised seal and hot mix asphalt. Length = 494 m Width = 9.2 m Area = 4545 m2.
Sandholes Road (Rural Road) - 132592-25NSW-RTR
This section of road is regularly inundated by medium frequency rain events resulting in blockages to travelling public and freight movements as well as damage to road structure due to surface flows. Existing facilities have restricted flow capacity and inadequate inlet and outlet structures.Procure and secure storage of higher capacity flexible pipes to better manage reactive soil movement, matching concrete headwalls to ensure supply, installation of new drainage structures and reconstruction on affected road pavement.
