Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Hamersley Road, Greenough - 132837-25WA-RTR
Multiple defects on wearing course. Resurface required as part of Road Resurface Program. Road to be resealed.
Malcolm Street, Bluff Point - 132838-25WA-RTR
Multiple defects on wearing course. Resurface required as part of Road Resurface Program. Road asphalt resurface. City of Greater Geraldton to contribute the balance of funding, being $29,800.
North Tenindewa Road, Tenindewa - 132840-25WA-RTR
Various surface defects that may worsen overtime and increase risk for road users. Reseal as part of Road Renewal Program. Intersections to be resealed. Works are fully funded by Roads to Recovery with the City of Greater Geraldton making no contribution towards this project.
Central Road, Wonthella - 132856-25WA-RTR
Multiple defects on wearing course. Resurface required as part of Road Resurface Program. Road asphalt resurface. Works are fully funded by Roads to Recovery with the City of Greater Geraldton making no contribution towards this project.
Dauncey Street, Kingscote - 053919-14SA-RTR
This road was highlighted in Council's Asset Management Plan as having poor seal surface with the shoulders unsealed bounded by kerbs and gutters in very poor condition on the north side of Dauncey Street. Sealing of the whole carridgeway will also enable linemarking to provide for additional carparking in the center of Kingscote.Replace kerb on northern side, seal shoulders with two coat spray seal and renew carriageway seal with single coat spray seal. Area being sealed 5,108m2 with 260lm of kerbing.
Duke Street, Balaclava - 133121-25VIC-RTR
Deformed asphalt surface has been identified through road inspections. The pavement surface has changed from the originally constructed profile which may directly influence the riding quality, water ponding and skid resistance. Resurfacing this road will improve road performance with regards to strength and riding quality.40 mm thick size 14 asphalt - Type H wearing course along 190 metre and 10 metre width (Area = 1900 m2).
Ormond Road, Elwood - 133122-25VIC-RTR
Deformed asphalt surface has been identified through road inspection and customer requests. The pavement surface has changed from the originally constructed profile which may directly influence the riding quality, water ponding and skid resistance. Resurfacing this road will improve road performance with regards to strength and riding quality.40 mm thick size 14 asphalt - TypeV and H wearing course along 290 metre and 14 metre width (Area = 4060 m2).
Jasmine Street, Bellbird Park - 133171-25QLD-RTR
Road asset has reached the end of useful life and requires reconstruction with ongoing maintenance activities being requirement to keep road operational.Undertake road pavement reconstruction works on sections of Jasmine Street. The Balance of funds required for theproject will be sourced from Ipswich City Council fundsTotal cost of proposed project is $1,978,343
Church St, Mansfield - 132028-25VIC-RTR
Pavement degradation has resulted in hazardous conditions for road users and the lack of sufficient material has made it difficult for the road crews to adequately maintain the road.Reconstruction of road, surface stabilisation, Addition of new materials to build up the road and seal the unsealed road. Remaining funding to be provided by Mansfield Shire Council.Total cost of proposed project is $80,000
Alpine Ridge Drive, Merrijig - 132030-25VIC-RTR
Pavement degradation has resulted in hazardous conditions for road users and the lack of sufficient material has made it difficult for the road crews to adequately maintain the road.Reconstruction of road, surface stabilisation, and reseal the road. Remaining funding to be provided by Mansfield Shire Council.Total cost of proposed project is $268,908
