Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Charles Street, Bluff Point - 132859-25WA-RTR
Multiple defects on wearing course. Resurface required as part of Road Resurface Program. Road asphalt resurface. Works are fully funded by Roads to Recovery with the City of Greater Geraldton not making a contribution towards this project.
Woodstock Street, Balaclava - 133123-25VIC-RTR
Deformed asphalt surface has been identified through road inspection and customer requests. The pavement surface has changed from the originally constructed profile which may directly influence the riding quality, water ponding and skid resistance. Resurfacing this road will improve road performance with regards to strength and riding quality.40 mm thick size 14 asphalt - TypeV and H wearing course along 211 metre and 7.8 metre width (Area = 1646 m2).
Dorcas Street, South Melbourne - 133125-25VIC-RTR
Deformed asphalt surface has been identified through road inspections. The pavement surface has changed from the originally constructed profile which may directly influence the riding quality, water ponding and skid resistance. Resurfacing this road will improve road performance with regards to strength and riding quality.40 mm thick size 10 asphalt - Type H wearing course along 82 metre and 10.2 metre width (Area = 836 m2).
Reconstruction of Golf Links Road - 053910-14VIC-RTR
Safety related to road surface and saftey improvement of on-street bus bays/ stops.Road pavement overlay (approximately 1.85km), construction of bus bays, guard barrier fencing and minor drainage works.

Augusta Parkway, Augustine Heights - 133173-25QLD-RTR
The road surface is due for renewal based on the condition of the asset through the PMS Pavement Management System defect reports and continual maintenance issues/ defect reports and AIS Asset Management asset evaluation criteria to determine priority.The Rehabilitation/ Reconstruction of approx. 18,238m2 (985m) of pavement (no kerb & channel in scope) located between Santa Monica Drive to Tournament Drive/Mount Juillerate Drive Roundabout. The scope of project is to rehabilitate the pavement as per the AIS Engineers direction to pavement treatment with Foam Bitumen treated pavement to which may require by Infrastrcuture Agreement (IA's) with proposed pavement after geotechnical Investigation in concept phase (for utility owner approvals for proposed works -UU/ Telstra, Energex / & gas approval) include utility service relocations as required by IA's with proposed pavement. The Balance of funds required for theproject will be sourced from Ipswich City Council fundsTotal cost of proposed project is $4,783,256

Pavement degradation has resulted in hazardous conditions for road users and the lack of sufficient material has made it difficult for the road crews to adequately maintain the road.Reconstruction of road, surface stabilisation, and reseal the road. Remaining funding to be provided by Mansfield Shire Council.Total cost of proposed project is $83,037
Curia St, Mansfield - 132032-25VIC-RTR
Pavement degradation has resulted in hazardous conditions for road users and the lack of sufficient material has made it difficult for the road crews to adequately maintain the road.Reseal with flexible pavement mix to increase service life and improve safety. Remaining funding to be provided by Mansfield Shire Council.Total cost of proposed project is $20,865
