Project description

The road surface is due for renewal based on the condition of the asset through the PMS Pavement Management System defect reports and continual maintenance issues/ defect reports and AIS Asset Management asset evaluation criteria to determine priority.

The Rehabilitation/ Reconstruction of approx. 18,238m2 (985m) of pavement (no kerb & channel in scope) located between Santa Monica Drive to Tournament Drive/Mount Juillerate Drive Roundabout. The scope of project is to rehabilitate the pavement as per the AIS Engineers direction to pavement treatment with Foam Bitumen treated pavement to which may require by Infrastrcuture Agreement (IA's) with proposed pavement after geotechnical Investigation in concept phase (for utility owner approvals for proposed works -UU/ Telstra, Energex / & gas approval) include utility service relocations as required by IA's with proposed pavement. The Balance of funds required for theproject will be sourced from Ipswich City Council funds
