Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Killeens Hill Road (Rural Road) - 133976-25VIC-RTR
The road pavement has deteriorated, with surface material depth degraded to a point of failure and general roughness beyond maintenance grading.The entire section of road pavement will be re-surfaced in 250mm gravel / crushed rock, to be compacted to 100mm, graded and reformed as per Councils maintenance protocol.
Dunning Lane, Emerald - 134022-25QLD-RTR
Poor lighting, drainage and poor surface requiring renewal.Replace concrete v-drain, kerbs and asphalt surface. Installation of Street lighting. Balance of $266,420 to be funded by Central Highlands Regional Council.Total cost of proposed project is $1,000,000
Brabins Road, (Rural Road) - 134023-25NSW-RTR
Brabins Road is a curved, narrow road including sections where the road has not been constructed adequately through drainage chanels and causeways. This combined with a combination of poor vertical alignment and inadequate superelevation poses significant safety risks. Pavement damage, due to heavy vehicles, has resulted in the pavement being at end of life. This includes shoves, bleeding and potholes add to the safety concerns in this location. The project rectifies these issues with a reconstructed pavement.Three Stages of works including 24-25, 25-26 and 26-27 financial year totalling 2.8km of works. This includes 800m in year 1 and 1000m each year thereafter. The project includes widening to an 8m seal with a 9m pavement, reshaping table drain, traffic control, lime stabilization of sub-base to a depth of 250 mm, addition of 120 mm of thick base layer comprising of DGS/DGB material and a 14mm/7 mm double coat sealed wearing course.
Turrawan Road, Narrabri - 134024-25NSW-RTR
This area often encounters drainage problems and limits access for road users.Upgrade to a concrete floodway, 84m in length. The planned works will enhance safety and durability.
Highett St, Richmond - 133924-25VIC-RTR
Asphalt road surface deterioration (crack removal, rutting, oxidations), and reshaping road profile including footpath and kerb and channel renewal.Road pavement rehabilitation, asphalt road resurfacing. Partial roto-milling and disposal of old surface and resurfacing with bitumen (including footpath and kerb and channel renewal). Project to be part funded by council cash.Total cost of proposed project is $481,044
Banyena Road, Gre Gre North - 133958-25VIC-RTR
Reseal the section of road to increase road safety and ensure the road life is sustained.Road to be resealed to improve safety
Bryants Gap Road, Sandy Creek - 133988-25VIC-RTR
Multiple sealed road defects such as cracking, potholes and loss of road shape.A mix of cement stabilised pavement patching and minor surface seal treatments, at multiple locations, totalling 514m2, within the specified work area.
Gundowring Road, Gundowring - 133989-25VIC-RTR
Multiple sealed road defects such as cracking, potholes and loss of road shape.A mix of cement stabilised pavement patching and minor surface seal treatments, at multiple locations, totalling 473m2, within the specified work area.
Huon-Kiewa Road, Tangambalanga - 133990-25VIC-RTR
Multiple sealed road defects such as cracking, potholes and loss of road shape.A mix of cement stabilised pavement patching and minor surface seal treatments, at multiple locations, totalling 255m2, within the specified work area.
Greendale Close, Kelmscott - 053789-14WA-RTR
The existing asphalt wearing course is over 20 years old and has cracked and ravelled. The existing kerb is also cracked and damaged. There are some pot holes within the cul-de-sac.Crack-seal, patch existing pot holes mainly within the cul-de-sac. Replace all kerbing (including cul-de-sac bulb) and resurface full length with 30mm dense graded asphalt.
