Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

Clinton Street, Goulburn - 134827-25NSW-RTR
The installation of the roundabout will help alleviate concerns of motor vehicle accidents at this site particularly during peak periods on weekdays when traffic interacting at the intersection is high.It is proposed to construct a single lane roundabout, appropriate for heavy vehicle use, with pedestrian blisters. The project is co-funded by the Heavy Vehicle Safety and Productivity Program and council contribution.Total cost of proposed project is $2,152,649
Bew Road, Ravenshoe - 134840-25QLD-RTR
The existing culvert is undersized and does not cater for the waterflow. It requires replacement of wing walls, headwalls and culvert aprons due to dilapidated conditions. The bridge is currently blocked and is not fit for purpose.Propose to replace the culvert, repair pavement and install seal to approaches, improve embankment and abutment protection works with a new layer of rock as rock armor on geofabric for better product quality.

Mantamarru Road (Rural Road) - 134842-25WA-RTR
Degradation of road surface.Routine maintenance grading to ensure access to remote Aboriginal communities.
All Weather Road (rural road) - 054088-14NSW-RTR
The surface of All Weather Road in the proposed work location is unsealed and does not have sufficient road base, which results in potholes and ruts, which reduces the speed at which vehicles may travel along the road. Furthermore, the existing surface becomes slippery during and after rainfall.Overlay the surface of the entire 2.7km length of All Weather Road with 100mm compacted road base material
Taylor Court, Boddington - 134843-25WA-RTR
The existing pavement will require some rectification work at a couple locations, the existing seal is showing wear and tear and is at the end of its useful life. It needs a reseal to protect the existing pavement structure.It is proposed to repair the pavement at a couple location on the turn around and reseal the entire section of road with crumb rubber seal and a 10 mm stone. The proposed work funding for this project is as follows: Roads to Recovery: $7,067 and Local Government own funding source: $5,093 for a total of $12,160. This project came about as some saving in budget have been identified for this financial year.Total cost of proposed project is $12,160
Mitchell Street, Maribyrnong - 134844-25VIC-RTR
Mitchell Street, Maribyrnong requires pavement rehabilitation to support the asset’s lifecycle and maintain a safe and functional road environment. The proposed patching and re-sheeting works will address existing surface defects including oxidation, rutting, cracking, and potholes, thereby restoring the pavement to a serviceable condition and improving overall road performance.Mitchell Street, Maribyrnong (Distributor Road): - Road re-surfacing works including heavy patching and soft spots rectification. - Isolated kerb works and improvements - Line marking and Signage The project location is in Maribyrnong, Melway reference 27 K12 and the coordinates for the project location is -37.783409, 144.887165. Criteria 2: Funding requested under RTR is 650K rest will be Council own funding sourced to deliver the project within this financial year. Criteria 3: Project location map with all relevant information of this project have been submitted at "Mapping@infrastructure.gov.au"Total cost of proposed project is $1,180,000
