Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Serviceton North Road (Rural Road) - 135928-25VIC-RTR
The proposed sections have narrow and dropped shoulders. Resheet shoulders using limestone material.
Yerecoin South East Rd, Yerecoin - 137618-25WA-RTR
Reseal 7.5 m wide, 14/7mm aggregate to entire road surface including the sections that were widened from 24/25 R2R funding. This will completely renew the section of road.
Wembley Boundary Road (Rural Road) - 137597-25SA-RTR
Rehabilitation of an unsealed section of Wembley Boundary Road from Spencer Highway to Frost Road (9.071 km). Works include gravel resheeting and associated drainage improvements to enhance road safety, accessibility, network reliability and asset longevity for local, agricultural and freight traffic.
Ring Road, Mitchell Park - 137622-25VIC-RTR
Due to compulsory truncation of Ring Road for Freight Hub construction, pressure has now been placed on the intersection, a roundabout will assist in safely directing traffic to the existing Link Road. A court bowl design will assist in truck and car movements to local businesses where truncation has occurred.
Pinda Terrace/Angas Terrace, Wilmington - 136868-25SA-RTR
The works will involve the shaping of the existing pavement and preparing the road road for a bitumen reseal, works will incorporate shaping of the carriageway to assist in the drainage at the eastern end of the township removing standing water from 3 intersections and diverting it to the adjacent parklands.
Greenbushes Boyup Brook Road, Catterick - 135263-25WA-RTR
Road edge repair works on Greenbushes–Boyup Brook Road during the 2025–2026 financial year. The works involve pavement removal, sub-base reconstruction, and resealing.
Boundary Street, Port Macquarie - 137540-25NSW-RTR
From: CH110 south of Hastings River Drive intersection To: CH830 south of Hastings River Drive intersection. Deteriorated road pavement and wearing surface due to aged pavement and heavy traffic volumes. Pavement upgrades are required to cater for projected growth and extend asset life. Install a 170 mm deep lift of Asphalt Concrete (AC).
Spittle Road, Creswick - 137629-25VIC-RTR
Gravel re-sheet of road pavement
Wetherell Street, Manjimup. - 053612-14WA-RTR
Various pavement failures (crocodile cracking and pot holes) due to inadequate pavement thickness and an increase in use by heavy vehicles. No control of storm water runoff from the road.Box out pavement failures and reconstruct with suitable pavement thickness. Place kerbing to control/direct storm water runoff to drains. Install drainage gullies and associated storm water pipes. Place new asphalt seal.Total cost of proposed project is $270,000
McClennans Road, Clunes - 137628-25VIC-RTR
Removal of unsuitable gravel surface at select spots, narrowing of formation and re-establishment of verges and swales. Gravel re-sheet of entire length.
