Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Lakeview Drive, Kununurra - 137603-25WA-RTR
The scope of work is road widening consisting of sub-base, base and sealing.
Zamia Link, Kununurra - 137611-25WA-RTR
Supply and apply bituminous binder and cover with 7 mm aggregate (single coat) - 2836 m2.
Quondong St, Kununurra - 137606-25WA-RTR
Supply and apply bituminous binder and cover with 7 mm aggregate (single coat) - reseal.
Oallen Ford Road, (rural road) - 135632-25NSW-RTR
The project will upgrade a 3.2km section of Oallen Ford Road which is part of an important regional and inter-regional transport route. The proposed work includes widening and upgrading of the existing pavement to a 9m formation with improved - strengthening, drainage, realignment of horizontal and vertical curves, replacement of a low level, single lane causeway (at Cartroad Creek) and the widening of a narrow culvert bridge (at Budjong Creek).
Lower Dargo Road, Dargo - 137762-25VIC-RTR
This project includes repairing culvert and fill failures that have caused landslips at 16 sites. The solutions include back filling, installing Soldier Piles or Rock Fills, and Repairing or Replacing Culverts.
Fairfield Road, Guildford West - 137743-25NSW-RTR
Removal of existing asphalt surface (excluding bus lane which owned & maintained by TfNSW, reconstruction of failed sections and provide new asphalt surface and kerb & gutter replacement where required.
Quamkadine Road, rural road - 137754-25WA-RTR
Local area widening where possible, drainage improvement, road safety and improved functionality. Maintenance/upgrade: Pavement improvement by re-sheeting.
Glenloch Road - (Rural Road) - 053698-14QLD-RTR
The formation has deteriorated leaving drainage issues making the road impassable in wet conditions.Rebuild formation and reinstate drainage.Total cost of proposed project is $210,000
Minim Close, Mosman Park - 137741-25WA-RTR
Minim Close, Mosman Park, Straight Line Kilometres 0.00 to 0.13 measured from intersection with McCabe Street.Resurfacing Minim Close. Remove/mill existing asphalt wearing course by road profiling to just below crack depth, lay a thin layer of dense graded asphalt as a corrector course, and then surface with about 40 mm of asphalt. Surface area is approximately 780 square meters. All the kerbs need to be replaced as they are severely cracked. Length of kerbing is 270m. 5 drainage lids need replacing.
Meenaar North Road, Southern Brook - 137756-25WA-RTR
Local area widening where possible, drainage improvement, road safety and improved functionality. Maintenance/upgrade: Pavement improvement by re-sheeting.
