Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

The Dowling Track Road (rural road) - 066552-16NSW-RTR
This is the end of a sealed section of road heading towards Fords Bridge. This section of road leads into a bend in the road that is continually corregated and hazardous to traffic.Extension of 1 kilometre of road towards Fords Bridge to seal the corregtaed bend. The construction will consist of formation and shaping of 1 kilometre of road at 10 metre width, importing and compacting 200 millimetres of gravel at 8 metres wide, and sealing with a double coat of 14 millimetre and 7 millimetre aggregate with C240 Bitumen at 7 metres wide.
Cooma Street Bourke - 066553-16NSW-RTR
The shoulders of the street are unsealed and hazardous in wet weather. This project is part of Bourke Shire Council Ten Year Plan.Sealing of both shoulders by importing of gravel and stabilising with 1% lime, roll and compact to required standard. Seal with 10mm aggregate and C240 Bitumen.
Anson Street Bourke - 066554-16NSW-RTR
Shoulder of road are unsealed and hazardous in wet weather. This project is part of Bourke Shire Council Ten Year Plan.Importing of gravel and stabilising with 1 % lime , rolling and compacting to required standard. Sealing with 10 millimetre aggregate and C240 Bitumen.
Wilson Street Bourke - 066555-16NSW-RTR

Hampton Drive, Oakden - 066558-16SA-RTR
Asphalt and sub-surface failure with sever surface undulation, cracks and water ponding. Kerb and gutter damage are also observed.Full reconstruction of road including the removal and replacement of Kerb and Gutter, Reshaping base course and relaying of new asphalt layer.
Marjoram Street, Rosewater - 066559-16SA-RTR
Kerb and gutter damage and water ponding.Removal and re-grading of kerb and gutter level, profiling and re-shaping road surface with new asphalt 40mm thick.
Oakdale Drive, Gilles Plains - 066560-16SA-RTR
Severe surface undulation and asphalt failure. Kerb and gutter damage. Base and subbase layer failure.Reconstruction of road including replacement of kerb and gutter, excavation and reinstatement of base and subbase course layer, laying of new asphalt.
St Michaels Circuit, Oakden - 066561-16SA-RTR
Surface undulation and asphalt failure. Kerb and gutter damage and water ponding.Full reconstruction including removal and replacement of kerb and gutter, base and subbase course and asphalt surfacing.
