Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Jindivick Neerim South Road, Neerim South - 067976-16VIC-RTR
Extensive pavement failures within the area, and requires constant maintenance works.Pulverise, stabilise, shape, relay and compact existing pavement/subgrade, clean and reshape existing drain, apply layer of fine crushed rock (where required), apply spray seal.Total cost of proposed project is $223,421
Jacksons Track, Neerim South - 067977-16VIC-RTR

Borden Bremer Bay Road (Rural Road) - 067980-16WA-RTR
This section of road is prime seal and the surface is deteriorating and beginning to fail due to age and needs resealingPrepare bitumen surface and reseal to 7m wide
Talus Drive, Mt Richon - 067981-16WA-RTR
Road has extensive longitudinal and transversal cracks that need to be rectified in order to preserve the road pavement. Kerb is barrier kerb and is in good condition and does not need replacement.Profile 30mm of existing pavement and reseal with 30mm SMA5.
Tredale Avenue, Mt Richon - 067982-16WA-RTR
Road has extensive longitudinal and transversal cracks that need to be rectified in order to preserve the road pavement. Kerb is barrier kerb and is in good condition and does not need replacement.Profile 25mm of existing pavement and reseal with 25mm SMA7.
Duffy Street - 067983-16SA-RTR
The road surface has deteriorated significantly and is too uneven to seal by renewing the existing two coat spray seal. Edge break is prevalent due to the absence of a kerb on the eastern side and ineffective drainage along this edge.Council is proposing to edge profile to even and level the edges, construct a kerb and watertable along the eastern side of the pavement and and used a 35mm hotmix overlay to even/shape correct the existing surface level and renew the seal.
Grundel Street - 067985-16SA-RTR
Significant pavement failure and resulting rutting and uneven road surface. Road is highly trafficked and congested at peak times as it is adjacent the main entrance City's upper secondary school (Year 11-12, Edward John Eyre High School).Council is proposing to reconstruct the road using insitu-recycling techniques to renew significant patches of the pavement and then seal with a 35mm hotmix overlay. Some minor kerb works are included where there is isolated damage to the kerb and water table.
Beach Road Catalina - 067986-16NSW-RTR
Impeded traffic flow and safety concerns. High vehicle traffic on a daily basis.Construction of roundabout 3.5m lane widths - 2 lanes on Beach Road, 1 lane on Hanging Rock Place, meidans on both north and south approaches on Beach Road, relocation of ancillary services, built to B Double standard.Total cost of proposed project is $981,000
Shell Street Tuross Head - 067987-16NSW-RTR
Pavement greater than fifteen years old, having reached the end of its serviceable life.Urban road renewal including kerb and gutter, drainage and complete pavement rehabilitationTotal cost of proposed project is $450,000
Sylvan Street Malua Bay - 067988-16NSW-RTR
Extensive pavement failure.Full pavement rehabilitation including pavement and drainage improvements.Total cost of proposed project is $250,000
