Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Fraser Drive, Banora Point - 092604-17NSW-RTR
The existing sealed pavement of this sub-arterial road is in poor condition with numerous structural defects including cracking, rutting and localised pavement failures. The road provides poor ride quality for users and requires frequent patching with consequent high maintenance cost. Length 150m.Rehabilitation of the existing pavement by in-situ stabilisation with cement based binder, followed by spray sealing and asphalt surfacing.
Leisure Drive, Banora Point - 092605-17NSW-RTR
The existing sealed pavement of this sub-arterial road is in poor condition with numerous structural defects including cracking, rutting and localised pavement failures. The road provides poor ride quality for users and requires frequent patching with consequent high maintenance cost. Length 50mRehabilitation of the existing pavement by in-situ stabilisation with cement based binder, followed by spray sealing and asphalt surfacing.
Cabarita Road, Bogangar - 092607-17NSW-RTR
The existing sealed pavement of this sub-arterial road is in poor condition with numerous structural defects including cracking, rutting and localised pavement failures. The road provides poor ride quality for users and requires frequent patching with consequent high maintenance cost. Length 150mRehabilitation of the existing pavement by in-situ stabilisation with cement based binder, followed by spray sealing and asphalt surfacing.
Telopea Avenue, Caringbah South - 092608-17NSW-RTR
Road pavement base course and wearing surface have deteriorated severely, requires reconstruction.Full width road rehabilitation for length of 540 m and a width of 10 m, involves stabilisation of the pavement base using form bitumen and application of asphalt concrete wearing surface.
Minyip Banyena Road (Rural Road) - 092610-17VIC-RTR
Pavement is failing and has reached the intervention point requiring replacement. Roughness, rutting and profile being the main components for intervention.Pavement renewal - reconstruct to 300mm standard pavement with primer seal.
Blackwoods Road, Nobbys Creek - 092611-17NSW-RTR
The existing pipe culvert is in poor structural condition. As this is a no-through road, residents beyond the culverts have their only road access frequently blocked by storm flows.Replacement of failed pipe culvert, followed by rehabilitation of the road pavement by application of a gravel overlay and new sealed surface.Total cost of proposed project is $163,000
Sheep Hills Kellalac Road (Rural Road) - 092612-17VIC-RTR
Pavement is failing and has reached the intervention point requiring replacement. Roughness, rutting and profile being the main components for intervention.Pavement renewal - reconstruct to 300mm standard pavement with primer seal.
Numinbah Road, Numinbah - 092615-17NSW-RTR
Existing Pat Smith causeway on Numinbah Rd washes out from overtopping in most flood events. Existing crossing consists of one only single small diameter pipe. Upstream creek has altered its flow so in large rain events it overflows and scours the eastern road approach rather overtopping the concrete causeway.Proposed to replace causeway with multi-cell box culverts on a raised road level.Total cost of proposed project is $1,004,771
Mallee Hill Road (Rural Road) - 092617-17WA-RTR
Failure in gravel road base. Loss of gravel material, insufficient road width.Improve depth of base, improve road width. Resheet from 23.000km to 25.000km. Reform to 10m to suit category 'B' Road. reform table and cut off drains.
Goyura East School Bus Route Road (Rural Road) - 092618-17VIC-RTR
Pavement is failing and has reached the intervention point requiring replacement. Roughness, rutting and profile being the main components for intervention.Pavement renewal - reconstruct to 300mm standard pavement with primer seal.
