Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Sub base has failed and there is no material left on the surfaceGravel Resheet add 150ml of gravel and some clearing.

Sub base has failed, the road is shoving due to the salt affecting the area.Repair of the sub base in low line salt affected area.
Patterson Street, Wongan Hills - 114206-21WA-RTR
Seal is cracking and potholing with no skid resistance. Repair kerbing in the same location.510 Meter reseal and kerbing.
Fitzgerald Road (Rural Road) - 114230-21NSW-RTR
Existing pavement is a natural surface pavement that becomes impassable during wet weather.A 100 mm layer of gravel will be applied to the road pavement for 5.5 km to make the road more suitable and usable during adverse weather conditions.Total cost of proposed project is $272,952
Officers Parade, Condobolin - 114229-21NSW-RTR
Existing seal has reached the end of its life with pavement failures and major cracking. Existing storm water system is insufficient to drain heavy rain event away quicker which result in pavement becoming saturated result in more failures in the pavement.The storm water system will be upgraded and new kerb and gutter will be installed where required. The failed areas of the pavement will be reconstructed and the full length of the road will be resealed. Council will also separately fund and construct a new footpath.Total cost of proposed project is $1,249,936
Merribogie Road (Rural Road) - 114228-21NSW-RTR
Existing seal is narrow - 3.7 m - and has reached the end of its life with edge break, cracking and pavements failures. The road carries a significant of grain during harvest season to the Tullibigeal silos and as the road is also a school bus route this creates a safety hazard.Seal shoulders will be built up and sealed. Area of existing seal that has failed will be reconstructed. A reseal will be completed over the full length to create a sealed road 7.3 metres wideTotal cost of proposed project is $1,253,167
Elizabeth Macarthur Avenue - 114233-21NSW-RTR
Elizabeth Macarthur Avenue is affected by cracking and failures and kerb repairs. Length of the treatment proposed is 400 m and average with is 9.5 mIt is proposed to isolated heavy patching, Kerb repairs where necessary and Asphalt resheeting or Microsurfacing.
Macquarie Grove Road - 114235-21NSW-RTR
Macquarie Grove Rd is affected by Cracking , pot hole patching , rutting and require provision of bus stops bays . It is a bus road and linking roads to towns. Length of road treatment required is 1100 m and average width of the road is varies between 7.5 - 10.5 m , it is an un kerb guttered road.it is proposed Part stabilisation/Mill and fill base , isolated heavy patching , provision of busbay and shoulder improvements and two coat seal.
Mowatt Street - 114240-21NSW-RTR
Mowatt Street is affected by cracking along the edge of the Kerb and isolated failure on pavement.Long Heavy patching/ stabilisation along the The road on edges and isolated heavy patch
Queen Street - 114232-21NSW-RTR
Queen Street is affected by cracking , kerb Gutter repairs, Isolated failure need heavy patching, depression along the kerb need strengthening and Asphalt resheeting. It is bus road, through Narellan CBD.It is proposed to isolated heavy patching , kerb gutter repairs where necessary and Asphalt resheeting part of the segment proposed. Length of the proposed segment for treatment is approximately 500 m and average width is 8.5 m
