Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Elizabeth Macarthur Avenue is affected by cracking and failures and kerb repairs. Length of the treatment proposed is 400 m and average with is 9.5 mIt is proposed to isolated heavy patching, Kerb repairs where necessary and Asphalt resheeting or Microsurfacing.

Macquarie Grove Rd is affected by Cracking , pot hole patching , rutting and require provision of bus stops bays . It is a bus road and linking roads to towns. Length of road treatment required is 1100 m and average width of the road is varies between 7.5 - 10.5 m , it is an un kerb guttered road.it is proposed Part stabilisation/Mill and fill base , isolated heavy patching , provision of busbay and shoulder improvements and two coat seal.

Queen Street - 114232-21NSW-RTR
Queen Street is affected by cracking , kerb Gutter repairs, Isolated failure need heavy patching, depression along the kerb need strengthening and Asphalt resheeting. It is bus road, through Narellan CBD.It is proposed to isolated heavy patching , kerb gutter repairs where necessary and Asphalt resheeting part of the segment proposed. Length of the proposed segment for treatment is approximately 500 m and average width is 8.5 m

1. The existing pavement has failed. 2. There is an accident history at the Clarendon Street intersection, but insufficient casualty accidents to make it an eligible site under the Black Spot Program. 3. The existing kerb & channel is in poor condition.1. The pavement is to be reconstructed. 2. The kerb & channel is to be replaced. 3. Drainage works are to be undertaken. 4. Traffic calming works are to be incorporated at the Clarendon Street intersection by the construction of a Road Safety Platform.Total cost of proposed project is $500,000
Main Street, Bealiba - 114148-20VIC-RTR
The section of Main Street between Davies Street and Grant Street is 100m long. The pavement has failed, the shoulders are unsealed, there is no kerb & channel, there is a lack of underground drainage, and there is a constructed footpath on one side of the street only.1. Construct underground drainage. 2. Construct kerb & channel on both sides. 3. Construct new sealed pavement 10.5m wide. 4. Construct new footpath (one side only)Total cost of proposed project is $380,000
Condamine Street, Dalby - 114168-20QLD-RTR
