Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Clements Street, Drummoyne - 116986-21NSW-RTR
Clements street is a local street in the suburb of Drummoyne. This segment of the street has shown signs of distress with isolated pavement failures. These works have been identified as part of Council's 4 year pavement treatment plan.Under this proposal, existing pavement upto 150mm in depth will be removed and new asphalt pavement will be laid to strengthen the base layer. Then, a new wearing course will be applied prior to reinstatement of all existing linemarking.

Carpendeit Bungador Road (Rural road) - 116656-21VIC-RTR
Road has shape loss due to weakened pavement material under the surface.Road is to rehabilitated. Crushed rock will be added to the road to strengthen the pavement and to provide a smoother, safer surfaceTotal cost of proposed project is $284,414
Bessie Creek Road, Nar Nar Goon North - 116969-21VIC-RTR
Deterioration of the road pavement associated with everyday usagePatch isolated failed areas and overlay with a new asphalt surfaceTotal cost of proposed project is $311,461
Douglas Road, Doonside - 116992-21NSW-RTR
Douglas Road is showing a variety of failure modes including oxidisation of existing seal, stripping and extensive crocodile cracking in some areas.The treatment will involve pavement rehabilitation.
Pinnacle Road (Rural Road) - 116994-21NSW-RTR
The seal is well beyond its intended design life and is requiring constant repairs.It is intended to seal 21,000 m2 with a 10mm sprayed bitumen seal. Site preparation will include pothole & edge patching, preparation of stockpile site for aggregates and sweeping off excessive loose materials.
Mortray Road (Rural Road) - 116995-21NSW-RTR
The seal is well beyond its intended design life and is requiring constant repairs.It is intended to seal 35,005.5 m2 with a 10mm sprayed bitumen seal. Site preparation will include pothole & edge patching, preparation of stockpile site for aggregates and sweeping off excessive loose materials.
Greenethorpe - Bumbaldry Road (Rural Road) - 116996-21NSW-RTR
The seal is well beyond its intended design life and is requiring constant repairs.It is intended to seal 2,880 m2 with a 14mm sprayed bitumen seal. Site preparation will include pothole & edge patching, preparation of stockpile site for aggregates and sweeping off excessive loose materials
Gambarra Road (Rural Road) - 116997-21NSW-RTR
The seal is well beyond its intended design life and is requiring constant repairs.It is intended to seal 3,500 m2 with a 10mm sprayed bitumen seal. Site preparation will include pothole & edge patching, preparation of stockpile site for aggregates and sweeping off excessive loose materials.
Bimbi - Thuddungra Road (Rural Road) - 116998-21NSW-RTR
The seal is well beyond its intended design life and is requiring constant repairs.It is intended to seal 18,150 m2 with a 10mm sprayed bitumen seal. Site preparation will include pothole & edge patching, preparation of stockpile site for aggregates and sweeping off excessive loose materials.
